9/10 Yeah. I kind of like this. The forward facing movement, the nicely drawn rainbow dash. The nice smoothing blend of shading purple and blue in the background and stylistic stripes. The really well down, none repetitive cloud she sitting on and the sheer look on her face.

 

but her end of the tail sort of blends with the picture and I think it would be interesting to see her looks forward too, not at the side.
