Hey I heard you hate the older generations D: (Animation)

Well my first time drawing ponies ended in an animation is a large story (not really)...

 

I just wanted to draw this

 

 

but in my free time was gradually drawing more frames as practiced

 

I explain in the description that I put on youtube (nobody reads descriptions on youtube)

 

No internet connection one month + Gimp + WMM = This.

First time I draw ponies.

156 frames + 4 Backgrounds

"To upload it on my phone I had to sacrifice quality :-( " (yep, I saw on the obligation to buy a new phone because season 3) (also to animate on my pc I have to work with small images beacuse the pc freezes)

Well lauren faust pretty much did that for alot of the ponies in G4 from what I heard. They'res even some sketches of them in G4 style but the G1 or G3 color schemes.

I never watched the other generations so I dunno much about them, thats just what I heard.

 

And as for the animation its pretty cool, short and sweet. Only problem I have to say its a bit choppy at times especially at the beginning with his mouth moving, but I don't really know anything about animation so I can't offer much advice. Nor do i really have the place to critique, just my observation.

Some parts were a tad bit choppy, but overall, was pretty awesome^^ i liked the way you did the flying scene, was very dynamic

also, during the middle, the background stuttered a bit.

Thanks for the comment! now is your turn to post an animation   and yeah... I try to make the flight scene it more dynamic as possible and the background stuttered to give the effect of speed.

G1 seems to have a certain degree of respect in the fandom. Not great, but passable by 80s cartoon standards.

G1.5 (newer fans call it G2 but Hasbro never considered it such) is the unique experimental time. Taking chances and being cut short.

Very few like G3... And the 3.5 newborn cuties well.. No one defends.

 

 

Anyways. Cute animation. It's cool to see older fans embrace us newbies with contributions like this. Bridge the gap rather than distance it. *Transformersfandomcoughcough*

Yeah! after seeing some comments which I think most hate is the G3 (G3.5) and of the first generation if they had removed the human factor would be 20 times better especially the pilot

I've never said I 'hate' any pre-gen4 mlp. All i've ever said is that it doesn't compare to the gen4 that we all know and love so much.

Well I've read many comments such hatred towards the older generations but not in this forum  

waiting for the season 3 I started seeing a few episodes of ramdom G1 and G2 and are enjoyable (only bad thing is the human factor)
