"Uh.. no, I'm okay." Speedway replied. "I ate a while ago. You guys get some stuff though." He felt kinda out of place in a place like this; it was all pink and fancy. "To be honest, cakes aren't really my thing." He'd had cake only a few times, and they were both on special occasions. the idea of eating some so freely seemed alien.

"Oh puh-lease, Animae. You're such a flirt. I can eat all that, and more." Charmer sipped the juice. "Mmm-mhm." And then she took a bite out of the cookie. "Thanks, Animae." She gave a wider smile. "This is good. I highly recommend it." Charmer closed her eyes in contentment. 

"If you're sure.....It's fine, really." Charmer looked at him quizzically. "Do you have a place to stay?" .

Animae laughs, eating his own cookie slowly, trying to think of a reason for his flirtatiousness. "I get lonely" he chirps, smiling. "Shame that you don't want me to be getting any bally ideas, no can't be doing that." his tail flicked nervously as he finished his cookie.

"Oh, I was just kidding. Really, I was." Charmer flicked her tail shyly. Well, Speedway, Animae, do you want to go to the library?" Charmer said, standing up. "I'm finished and ready to go," Charmer gave a small sigh. Animae didn't seem too bad.......

Animae smiled, it was hard to tell what went on behind those eyes. "We was going to go to 't library, you know since the towns as good as empty, you're 't first mare I've met in this place" he said, following her along, whistling a short song. "Get caught up speedy"

Speedway nodded, following the two. Once again he remained silent, allowing the others time to talk. Animae seemed to be getting along well with Charmer, and vice versa. It was kinda nice watching the two interact, and he felt at peace here. Sometimes, too at peace... he kept drifting off, daydreaming only to be woken by the others. He'd have to pay attention in future, otherwise he'd get left behind!

Animae smiled back at speedway with a grin. Speedway seemed tired and Ani frowned at this, waiting out the silence that stuck between their quips to each other. He turned his thoughts to charm. Cute to be sure, and nice too. These thoughts reflected in his eyes.

"So, Speedway, tell me about yourself." Charmer looked back at Speedway, but not before giving Animae a cute little smile. "It feels like I know nothing about you." She gave a little laugh. Her thoughts strayed to Animae. He seemed quite nice.....Charmer waved away her thoughts, but she was feeling something..Animae looked at her funny, and her eyes strayed to the ground.

"O-okay," Angel said, tightening her grip on the bunny and hoping she wasn't hurting it.  "Let's go," she said.  She lifted her saddle bag into the air with her magic and placed it over her body, clipping it at her stomach.  She nodded at Indigo and went over to him.

He left the house and started heading towards the general area Fluttershy's house was.  "So where did you find the bunny?  I didn't see it when I stopped to say I was going to look for the weather pegasai."  But I really wasn't paying attention to my surroundings... Just her and my task.

"There's not really much to tell," Speedway answered, "I was born in the outskirts of Manehattan.. it was a rough area. I was forced into street racing by my dad, then..."

He trailed off, noticing the pair properly. How hadn't he seen it before?! He was getting in the way! Those two needed some time alone, and he was ruining it! "I think I left something in the cafe.." Speedway quickly said. "I'll catch you up in a bit!"

He moved off, back they way they'd come, leaving the two alone

Saphina looked at Sky blankly, clearly unsatisfied with the stallions answer. she started eating the pancake, "How could he act so calm after such accident?" she thought as she took a spoon of pancake. she smiled a little, "He changed...weird, but better". she glanced at Rain, "So...Rain, I heard you two were talking about somepony named Hunter. is she your friend? if I may know?" she said, trying to be kind.

He blushed, the red contrasting with the green, he stroked her cheek tenderly with his claw "How about I give you some thanks for that little line?" he said softly. 'come on Ani, you can't derail this train now' he thought to himself. Slowly he leant in close, so close she could smell that his feathers smelt like lavender, his breath of apple cookies. It was almost as if he wanted to whisper something in her ear. Instead, he kissed her full on the lips.

Collision walked down the empty street reflecting on the past event. "Man.." he said softly to himself, "If I hadn't left when I had, then that could have gotten pretty awkward..."

 

So, where to now? He had some time to kill until he met them at the library. He could always go and book his train tickets....

 

Speedway nodded to himself, and set off for the station. After a while of walking, he found it. It was small, very unlike the stations of the city...

 

"Uhh... Hello, I'd like so buy some tickets to..." he hesitated. Where to? It would have to be a city. Hotels were abundant there, so sleeping arrangements wouldn't be an issue. One of the place names caught his eye, a place at the far end of the train route, miles from here. "Twinklecube? Never heard of that before..."

 

The old station master, a wise looking pony frowned kindly. "Oh, you don't want to go there. It's miles away, and isolated too."

 

"What is it? A town?"

 

The station master shook his head thoroughly. "Nope, a small city. But it's the end of the line... nopony really goes there... and like I said, isolated."

 

Speedway shrugged. "Works for me. How much for a one way ticket?"

 

The station master looked carefully at Speedway. "Are you sure you won't re-consider? Ponyville is a lovely town... it's just quiet because of the storm."

 

"Nah, I... I'm a city person." Speedway said eventually. He did hesitate though... something about this town seemed calm and peaceful. Besides, he'd already made friends. He handed the money over. "So when's the train?"

 

"Not for a while yet..." the old pony replied. "Two days." then, upon noticing Speedway's reaction, he shrugged. "Like I said, It's far away. Nopony really goes there."

 

With the tickets stowed away in his near empty saddlebag, Collision left the train station. He still had a while to kill before meeting the others, and so he decided to explore the town some more.

Saphina looked at Sky curiously, "Did something hit your head yesterday? you acts so weird. I mean, how could you act so...so-so after such accident? you know? you almost lost your live yesterday" she said as she ate the pancake.
She blushed and looked down "I'm still worrying about you, but you seems like you don't even care about it".

Rain touched down in the park about five minutes later."Oh Rainbow you're here! He looked around at all the other pegasi and smiled. Well I think we are still waiting on a few ponies so just keep mingling everypony." Rain shouted to all the pegasi, he looked to the sky to see if there was anypony else coming.

Sky couldn't help but smirked. He sipped his drink, "What have done is done Saphie. It doesn't matter what happened in the past. We can't change it, so that's not important anymore. What we have in the present is what important. Lookie here now. I'm here, safe, with ye". He blushed when he repeated his words in his mind. He finished his breakfast quickly and stood up. He rubbed the mares mane on the head as he walked towards the door.
"Gotta go Saphie. You can do anything you like. You can take a walk around Ponyville if you want. I will be back soon. I promise" He jumped to the air and flew to the park.

"Oh, I found him under a tree somewhere.  He looked scared...like now," she said, looking down at the bunny.  Actually, now it seemed more angry then afraid.  "Er...do bunnies usually bite ponies?" she asked uneasily, staring at the angry bunnies mouth.  I shouldn't lift it into the air.  I might drop it.

Hunter watched the pegasus meeting from her window. She loved how Rain stood tall like a leader figure, he was already perfect in every way. She wrote a letter to her parents

Charmer gave in and didn't pull back. She leaned into his kiss. His love surrounded her like a beautiful cloud. Charmer held onto his kiss for a few minutes, not wanting to spoil it. She finally broke his embrace, her eyes deep with joy. Charmer gasped. This was the most wonderful moment of her life. "Animae, that was.....I....I love you." Charmer looked into his eyes.
