Mean Things You've said and Regret

So basically just do as the title states.... Write about mean things you have said and if you regret what you said. I've said to a person I hate... "Your face burns me more than Discord's chocalet rain!!!!" nah kidding... I haven't ever said that to anyone.

I've... said some pretty mean stuff to people. Around 4 years ago, when I wasn't as indifferent towards what people said as I am now, I once called a girl a fat pig b**** for constantly insulting me... I actually regret it now because that was pretty mean and I'm not normally like that. I felt bad about it but didn't want to talk to her as I was afraid of what she would say to me.

There are things I wish I could take back all the time. At school I have said some pretty bad things just because. I am not going to really say exactly what happened but there was this one kid at my school last year, who was like me and my "Friends" friend. We sorta picked on him, and well he no longer goes to our school. I never did apologize, however, I never did take it to far. I wish I had never done anything like it in the first place however.

I'm pretty sure everybody has some things they wish they had never said. I personally have thousands of instances. Where I couldn't stand what I've said.

 

Things like status updates I've made, or times when I made a joke and I didn't know that person's personality. So they took the joke too seriously and I looked like a total jerk.

I'm the complete opposite. I think I haven't said ENOUGH mean things. I'm too much of a pussy in real life, and I find it nearly impossible to disagree with someone. This has led to a lot of problems. For example, I recently got roped into being in a band. I'm supposed to be the drummer. Problem is, I can't play the drums. My brother told the leader of the band that I was a good drummer, but as he isn't a musician, he really didn't know what he was talking about. I really need to tell the band leader the truth, but I just can't bring myself to do it.

 

The only mean thing I've really ever said or done to anyone is when I gave my best friend the finger and told him we were through. We made up the next day, though, so it wasn't really a big deal.

Oh i've said plenty over the years and regretted it. It all was mean, I generally do it behind people's backs and far enough away so they would never hear me. which is more awful in my opinion than just saying it to their face.

I was in a bad mood and one of my online friends started accusing me of something so I just snapped, called her verious insulting things, spent a good hour just completely ripping into her before telling her that she was a waste of space and I never wanted to talk to her again, I deleted her and blocked her on all my games (I don't use Facebook) and haven't spoken to her in 4-5 years, I really wish I could have apologised, especially because I later found out from her dad (whom I also played games with) that she was deeply upset by what I had said .

Although I do regret saying some of the things I can't take back, I do not regret the lessons I have learned from the hurtful words. I have learned a lot about myself as a person and how I interact with others. I have learned to grow from the mistakes I have made and it makes my relationships with other people much better!
