Stacy thought about this for a moment. "You know," she started, "Im not sure. But im not going to question it, it just seems right to me. Theres something about you just cant explain. But it draws me to you. I want to get to know you, like really know you. Just like little hop knew me. She had me figured out, knew everything about me. She knew what made me mad and what pulled at my heart strings. And i want to with you like little hop was with me. Except..more. I want it to be special." She said looking out her window at the sunset. "I think thats all i ever wanted. Was to know and love some pony." She turned back to rose and smiled.

Star stared down at her hooves. "Im Sorry, I probably should have thought about that before we went in." She said. "Uh oh... What do we do now ?" She thought, Looking down the hallway. "Um... S-Somber, Would you like to maybe... Go for a walk around the deck... I think the sun has just set and it could be snowing... So I can imagine that would be kinda pretty to see." She said.

 

 

(OOC: So... Since we just left port it would still be pretty cold so I just kinda assume it would still be snowing or able to snow.)

Rose didn't know what to say. Stacy's words touched her deeply. She was lost for words, not because she was embarrassed, or shy, but because Stacy had spoken from the bottom of her heart, and it had been beautiful. Just like the sunset she had turned to gaze at, no, that they had turned to gaze at together. She noticed Stacy turn back, and listened to what she had to say. Unblushingly, Rose quietly said, "Me too."

If there was one thing that he couldn't resist, it was snow.

 

"Yeah, that would be perfect. I love the snow.", Somber happily said to Star as they both walked out towards the deck.

 

"Wanna know something cool? Before I was a full-fledged musician, I used to deal with snow all the time."

"If you want to talk to spark you can, but i think hea asleep right now. You could try but i wouldnt personally." She said letting rose know she didnt have to chose right now. Stacy wanted to be pationt with rose and give her time. Stacy felt like it was the best way to tellif you actualy like some pony.

"Really ? Did you work in Cloudsdale ?" Star asked, As they trotted out onto the deck. 
Sure enough, The snow was falling into the flat calm water and the sun sent out big beautiful rays of light across the snowy sky.
"That's... Beautiful." She thought, Smiling at the sunset.

"Yep. Although I wasn't the best of my job, it was still cool to work like that.", Somber said looking up into the sky, watch the snow trickle down. 

 

"Oh, yeah! I remember a cool trick! Watch this." He flew up into the sky a good amount of feet and went to a stray cloud which was producing snow. He quickly started to fly around it, making the cloud rotate. At the same time, the snow that was being produced was starting to fall in a corkscrew pattern, right around the ship. Once he was done with that, he flew back down to where Star was, smiling.

 

"See? Wasn't that pretty neat?"

"Okay," she said as she turned to look back at the sunset.

 

"An orange glow along the horizon

Brings forth the darkness of the night.

The sun sets, shining like a diamond,

While bathing the earth in otherworldly light.

The sky is a pool of colors and hues;

Purples, oranges, reds, yellows, and blues.

It brings me sadness, hope, and peace.

I wish its beauty would never cease."

 

After finishing her poem, she turned to smile at Firecracker.

"That- that was beautiful! I love your poem!" he said to Moonbeam and smiled back at her

     

 

Staletate suddenly bawled, he really loved that poem that Moonbeam read to Firecracker. "Calm down, It's only a poem..." said Tailgate. "But-but it was so beautiful!" said Staletate and he continued crying.

Star grinned as the snow fell in a pattern around the ship. "That's so cool." She said, Her eye's Sparkling and wings fluttering. 

"I remember when I grew up. My parents always hated the winter... They couldn't grow their crops so they were always grumpy but me... The second I saw the snow fall... I was outside ether flying or attempting to build a snow pony from the tiny amounts of snow on the ground." She smiled as a snowflake landed on her nose.

"That- that was beautiful! I love your poem!" he said to Moonbeam and smiled back at her

"Thank you so much!" Moonbeam exclaimed ecstatically, giving him a hug. She loved spending time with Firecracker. However, she wondered how everything was going with Stacy, Star, and the others. "Do you want to go see how all of the others are doing?" she asked.

Morning star saw that Marisa was busy with some pony so he went off doing his rounds throughout the hallways he was sleepy but he had to do his duty for ship by keeping the pest to a minimum he thought about Stacy then he shrugged it off mostly because he doesn't wish to bother her, as he walked down the halls he happen to

"Back in Cloudsdale, we would always have a snow pony contest to see who would make the best snow pony. And you're looking at the 3-time defending champ.", Somber bragged. He wasn't going to tell her that he nearly died from falling from his home.

 

"But... It's really nice... *shivers* I miss the cold."

 

He hugs Star, then places a hoof around her, enjoying the scene.

Rose looks at Stacy, and returns her smile. "Thank you for your kindness. No, thank you for everything, Stacy." She looks back out of the window, and exclaims, "It's snowing! Its... beautiful. I've never had much to do snow... Bad for the plants... But here... Here... It's just amazing."

"Thank you so much!" Moonbeam exclaimed ecstatically, giving him a hug. She loved spending time with Firecracker. However, she wondered how everything was going with Stacy, Star, and the others. "Do you want to go see how all of the others are doing?" she asked.

Firecracker let himself be hugged by Moonbeam, she was beautiful, he thought. When she asked him if he wanted to check up on the others "Okay, sure. I'm kinda worried about what the others are doing... by the way, where are they?"

 

"Staletate, stop crying like a foal! I think he is finally moving to someplace else!" Staletate stopped crying and he looked at the screen. "WHERE, WHERE, WHERE?" he yelled at Tailgate "I'm not sure, but I don't see that teal color in the crowd anymore..."

Star smiled as Somber hugged her then kept one arm around her. "I never had any snowpony contests... As I said before, I grew up on a farm... I didn't have any older brothers or sisters and there was one small town about an hour away from where I lived... So I didnt get out much." She said.

Draco walked to the deck of the ship and looked to the sky and he began to sing slightly. He looked down at the water as he sung. From his saddlebags he pulled out a rose and threw it into the water. "My hangover heart," he sighed as he looked to the sky slightly as it snowed.

Stacy felt like a filly again watching the snow fall. "It is beautiful, just like you.." She stopped herself there, "Uh, sorry..." She said not wanting to be pushy or make her feel uncomfortable. "I have a song i want to play for you tomorrow night at the open mic thingy." She said trying to make conversation.

Somber couldn't help but frown from that story. He took his other hoof and hugged her again.

 

"Hey, just think. You're getting out a lot more now. And you're making other friends here with other ponies that you could chat and converse with. I guess that makes up for it. Right?"

"Staletate, stop crying like a foal! I think he is finally moving to someplace else!" Staletate stopped crying and he looked at the screen. "WHERE, WHERE, WHERE?" he yelled at Tailgate "I'm not sure, but I don't see that teal color in the crowd anymore..."

"I'm not exactly sure," she responded, "but its getting dark, and it's starting to snow so I think we'll be safe while we look for them. Let's go."

 

Moonbeam pulled Firecracker by the hoof, and she led him across the deck. After a short period of time, they came across Draco, leaning on the guardrail and looking up at the sky. "Draco?" she called.

Star smiled happily. "This cruise is the Best thing that has ever happened to me."  Star said,  looking into Somber's eyes. "Um... Somber, I have never really done anything like this before... I kinda figure we feel the same way  and I know we just met... but... I really... Well I..... I...... I think I love you."

Rose blushed. She couldn't help it. "I'm not beautiful. But thank you." 

 

"You're going to play me a song?" She blushed even harder? "Well, thanks for warning me. I surely would have died of embarrassment tomorrow if you hadn't said anything." She laughed nervously.

*I KNEW IT! I FREAKING KNEW IT! I mean, I see...*

 

"Oh... Uh, well, I'm sort of glad, because, uh... I have extremely strong feelings for you as well."

 

Somber knew that he wasn't going to day that he loved her back. That was just really pushing it. But, he'll make up for it.

 

Because at that moment, Somber leaned towards her closer and closer until their lips touched.

"Maybe love was an over statement I should have said tha." Her thought was cut off by Somber's kiss.

At first... Star didn't know what to do but then she went with it. She put her arms around his neck and kissed him back. "This... Is a moment to remember." She thought happily.

Stacy lightly punched rose on the shoulder. "Come on, ill play it for you. I was lucky to get a small piano in my room, and i thought of playing this song for you." She said pulling out a black folder with paper in it. She pulled out a booklet and set it on the music stand. "I learned piano from that guy in octavias band, you know the one with the gray hair who plays the piano. What ever his name is, i didnt bother to learn it. Its the very first thing i learned to play." She said sitting in the chair. She turned and smiled at rose.
