"STOP. Did You Ever Think That Maybe Somber Would Be Nice ? Did You Ever Bother Asking Him To Help ? Maybe he would have said yes... I think My friends and I would ALL have said ye-." Then she heard the other guards whip...And Somber's wing "I... Said.... STOP." Star tackled the guard that just walked up and started punching him, She didn't stop.

The other guard could not defend himself from the tackle or the punches. That guard that was slapped had ran off to inform the chief of this incident.

 

As Star kept punching, the other guard lost more blood with each hit, as he slipped into being unconscious.

 

Somber broke from his pain spell, only to see that his Marefriend was destroying the guard, as he ran up behind her and pulled her off of him.

"NO GET O...ff.. S-Somber." She looked at the guard. "Oh Celestia... I have doomed us all." She muttered. "I...We... We... We gotta get out of here... and off this island... Im So Sorry Somber." Star jumped up and hugged him tightly, Making sure not to hurt his wing. "I wish we could just go home."

Stacy was still pacing when Rose came back. And walking! Stacy came up to rose and gave her a hug. "Rose im so glad you can walk again! I got fruit." She said gesturing towards the pile of orange looking fruits. "We should go do something. Im sure the zebras wont mind if we do." She said with a smile.

All Somber could basically do at that moment was accept Star's hug, returning it with his own, whilst he winced from the horrible pain of his broken wing. The broken wing was already turning purple, and it was looking like it was a bar wing. Disgusting...

"Somber... You need to hide. I am going to sneak into town and  talk  to Greenleaf... We need to heal your wing, It looks like it should be reset... I know how to do it but it wont be very nice. Now, Go hide, I will be right back." She said, Kissing him on the cheek then running towards the village.

Somber did as he was told and hid inside a bush near the spring. His wing had vegan to swell, as he winced through the searing pain. He hoped that Star would hurry. His worrying had been interrupted by a whispery voice behind him.

 

"Your friend shall pay..."

After finishing her odd designs, she began to make small holes in the ground within the lines, as if she was going to bury something. She put one of these holes about every 8 inches.

 

Just as she finished, she saw Firecracker approaching. She ran up to him, hugged him, and gave him a quick peck on the cheek. While holding his front hooves in her own, she began to speak enthusiastically. "Firecracker, you were just the pony I was waiting for! Could you make me some more of those fireworks?" she asked with a glimmer in her eyes.

Once the village came into side Star stayed low to the ground and snuck into Greenleafs hut.

Greenleaf Stared at star. "Be quick... They are looking for you." She said, trotting into the back room to check on Airy. 

"Thank you for not telling, Greenleaf." Star ran to the shelves and pulled down a jar full of a green liquid labeled 'Relaxation and pain reducer' (I know I am not creative.) 

Star Grabbed the jar and a few bandages then ran out of the hut and back to where Somber was hiding

After getting no answer from the chief (*cough* dumbflank *cough*) Bright Spark did some trademark walking to the beach. HE was searching for a notepad, A3 size. He used it to draw designs, and the occasional spell. when he got near, he saw two of the four ponies he never asked the name of. one of them was drawing wierd symbols on the ground. "hey.  what are you drawing and how can i help?"

Firecracker quickly pecked Moonbeam back and he pretty much knew why she needed more of them. "So you want me to send out some sort of rescue flare?" he asked. Firecracker then began to form more of fireworks he made. Making the powder and getting the bamboo shell, he made about a dozen of the rockets, the same number of holes that Moonbeam dug.

"Exactly! You're so smart, Firecracker! If fire the flares from the places I marked, it should spell out a message for help. When a ship goes by, we just have to light the fuse and they'll come rescue us."

 

Then Spark approached the two. "We're making a rescue signal. At this point, its up to Firecracker to set everything up, but we also have to get all of the others together, and help Somber escape the tribe. Spark, you and I should go found them all. Firecracker, are you okay to set up the rest of the flare on your own?" she asked.

"What? Who are you?"

 

"Your master. Now, come with me."

 

The mysterious one grabbed Somber's bad wing, and quickly put a hoof over his mouth to prevent him from crying out. Then, he ran out of the bush, leaving behind a few feathers that came from Somber. He was taken to a small alcove behind a waterfall.

"Exactly! You're so smart, Firecracker! If fire the flares from the places I marked, it should spell out a message for help. When a ship goes by, we just have to light the fuse and they'll come rescue us."

"Don't worry about that. I'll be fine, I should be able to check up on you once I'm finished." Firecracker said as he pulled Moonbeam into a quick hug. After Moonbeam and Spark left, he began to fit the fireworks into the designated holes. It was then pretty basic on what was going to happen next.

"so, if that plan is exactly accurate, then it should spell something like "help" in the sky?" Bright Spark asked inquisitivley "because from what i saw, that will spell out hell instead." He stopped talking for a while, untill he noticed a pile of feathers, pegasus feathers. "are theese. sombers?"

(OOC: Darklord you guys are at the beach... Somber was taken deep in the forest at the Hot Springs.)

 

When Star got back to the hot springs she called out. "Somber... Im Back." She said, Looking around the bushes. "Somber you can come ou... Those are his feathers." She leaned down and picked up the feathers on the ground. "It looks like he was taken." She thought, looking at several broken branches leading into the forest.

Star gulped and followed the trail.

Somber was thrown onto the ground, yelling in pain. The yell echoed through the crevice, but the sound was also drowned out by the waterfall. He looked up to see who had captured him, and he could not believe who it was that captured him.

 

"D-d-dew Mist?! You?!"

"Something like that," she responded with a sly look on her face, "but I never just say 'help.'" She ignored his comment about hell, but she too was shocked when she saw the pile of feathers.

 

"Somber!" the feathers trailed away into the jungle. "Let's follow the feathers," she suggested, taking off into the forest.

After he finished setting up the fireworks. Firecracker went to catch up to Moonbeam and Spark, he then discovered Somber's feathers "I'm pretty sure they would have to head to where Somber's feathers went to..." he said, and he preceded to catch up to Moonbeam and Spark.

Stacy looked and saw star taking a jar. *Whats she in a hurry for? And where is everypony? They all just disappeared.* she thought releasing Rose from her hug. Stacy went to her hut and grabbed her ocarina an placed it gently inside her saddlebag along with some of the fruit incase she got hungry. She came back to the shamen hut. "Hey rose im going out for a walk. Wana come with?" She asked with a smile.

Rose smiled back. "Of course I'll come." She walked a ways with Stacy, pausing every now and then to swipe some seeds from various flora they passed and store them in her satchel, to then hurry to catch back up with Stacy. "Where are we going, anyway?" She asked.

"Yes, that's right... It's all part of my plan to get rid of you before the volcano erupts..."

 

Dew Mist jumps on top of Somber's good wing, stomping at it until he could hear another snap. More yelling and pain came from Somber.

 

"Yell all you want, your friends can't hear you past the waterfall..."

[Marathon 562]

Stacy paused and looked around. "Im not sure. Just going where i feel like i guess." She then sat down to take a break. "I think i finally know why i faintly recognized you when we met on the ship. Youre the "crazy flower girl", or so everypony calls you. You live near the everfree forest right?" Stacy asked grabbing one of the orange fruits from her saddle bag.

After following the trail for some time Star came across a small lake, On the other side there was a waterfall. "SOMBEEERRR." She called, Hoping he would call back. "Where did he go ? Oh this is not good." She thought, Glancing up at the big mountain that she guessed was the volcano.

Airy's head still hurt when he awake. How long had he been asleep?

He tried to open his eyes slowly, but whatever he saw just vanished in a sea of colours until his eyes got used to working again. Still he wasn't able to see everything, but he noticed that he was in some kind of house.

"Where... where am I? Scamps? Where are you?"
