"That's nice.  Are they really snooty to you?  Or are they just like that in general?"  I'm so sick of snooty ponies... And changelings too...  But the changelings that are snooty to my family are usually jealous of our higher rank.  All because of something my great grandfather did.  I will find out the answers some day.  Dusk's serious thought's also registered on his face, but then he was back to a calm mood and smiled at Rockshire.

"Not really. I tend to avoid them unless I have to make general contact to them." Rockshire said, biting into her piece of the pie. "But, it's not too bad once you talk with some certain ones."

 

I wonder why he's so question-y... Maybe he wants to know me more because he likes me!

"Oh, well that's good.  I don't know why anypony would want to pick on you, you seem very kind-hearted and smart and you are also from Canterlot...  Not to mention, by the way it sounds, you are very talented too.  It wouldn't make sence for anypony to pick on you now that I think about it."  I'd also say that you're also good looking, but that might be too much...  I already just gave her a huge amount of compliments...  Duskspawn wasn't feeling as tired as he was earlier.  I think she likes me, 'cause I'm getting a small amount of strength from her.

Star Light did her best to hide her  awkward discomfort as she aproached the peculiar stallion. She assumed that this would be a rather awkward moment, as meeting old 'friends' almost always was.

 

Star Light stood only a few yards away from the Pegasus that had stolen her attention, and she took a moment to stare at him, taking in all his features, attempting to remember who he was. It took her a moment, but eventualy it clicked in Star Light's mind. Yes, She remembered him, Sky Warden, if she was correct, and if her memory also served correct, their relationship had ended when Star Light had ditched him on a vacation trip to Ponyville.

 

With these memories in mind, Star Light felt only more awkward in the presence of the stallion. Surely he remembered how she broke his heart? Whay in Equestria was he trying to bother communicating with her?

Angel Feather was falling into the little world.  She imagined herself from Sunset's point of view as some pony...er...some shala who she had asked to never speak to her again and practically fillynapped her appearing here.  Where she was supposedly protected.  How would she react?  What would she do.

A light blub seemed to light up above Angel's head.  She started to write more.

Rockshire was beginning to blush from his compliments.

 

"Oh, thanks... I really don't get complimented that much, so that was a bit of a shock..."

 

*OK, he HAS to like me. No pony can just compliment me right off the bat like this just now. He most likely HAS to by now...*

Sky Warden waited as Star Light walked slowly to him. He knew he had something important to say to Star Light, but he didn't remember. I guess I'll remember later, he though as he put his attention back to the white mare.

He raised an eyebrow when he found the mare stopped just a few yards from him.

"It has been a long time 'eh? I'm Sky Warden, remember?" He said as he walked closer to the white pegasus.

"Oh... I'm sorry, I tend to be really honest about my feelings alot...  I hope I didn't say too much..."  He blushed a little.  I wonder how shocked she'd be if I just came out and said 'I like you'.  I bet she'd blush alot more than she is now.  I can feed well from this...  "Hmmm...  Is it just me or do you like me?  I'm just kinda curious..."  Say no, and you might spare a heartache...  Say yes, and there may be a chance I can live in happiness the rest of my life...

Now Rockshire's blushes were actually starting to show from her clayish skin.

 

"Uh... Yes, kind of... Is this because... You like me back?"

She was just playing with her mane, twirling the tip of it a little before hearing Spirit's answer.

((Sorry, family stuff. At least i can post now. I will now also be playing as another one of my OC's, he is a stallion changeling. :| ))

 

(The fake) Quip tried to happily trot around town, possibly drawing attention from one of the mares. He attempted to do what was called a 'pickup line', but half the time it ended up with him being slapped. "What is wrong with all of these mares? I mean look at this guy, he is pure joy" he said to himself.

 

(If you want to romance Quip, then feel free to bump into him)

 

Arcane smiled and grabbed Diamond's hoof, "It's alright, nothing will harm you as long as you are with me" he reassured her, his magic was powerful, but not as much as Twilight's. "As for Celestia finding out what is going on, i don't know. They could be up to anything and we wouldn't even know it."

"Only kind of like me?  Oh...  Well, I do like you, for all of the reasons I mentioned to you, well, plus the fact that you're really cute too."  Dusk smiled at Rockshire.  Let's hope that I don't do anything stupid if we start a relationship...  Like the last one...  That was a really close call...

"I suppose you're right... But you said it, You are my protector." She smiled and touched her nose to his. 

"The funny part is i'm the alicorn I should be the one protect- Ugh... Whats with all these thought about how everything he says is wrong... He is kinda cute." She thought.

*YESYESYESYESYESYESYESYES!*, was all that she could think about. On the outside, Rockshire couldn't control her blushing at all. It nearly covered her entire face.

 

"...You really think I'm cute? I, uh... I don't know what to say... Uh..."

 

She couldn't tell what to do at this point. She just hugged Spirit.

Arcane nodded and pointed a hoof at her, "Just don't try and hold that against me, cause i'm the only witness of it and therefore you can't prove it" he said playfully and smiled. "How about we get to my house and have some early lunch? I'm kinda hungry, and i need some help with research. If you don't mind that is" he said and stood up, ready to leave when she was.

Dusk didn't know what to say.  He didn't expect the burst of feelings from her.  The energy woke him up even more.  He hugged her back.  "You're welcome Rockshire."  You know, my honesty must've what helped me not have to take lessons in getting mares to like me.  I don't know why but alot of them like it when you just say the truth about them...  "How about I pay for our meal today?  Is that ok with you?"

Diamond smiled and nodded. "I have been feeling rather hungry." She said, Standing up and following Arcane back to his house. "Help with research... Oh dear... It better be something easy." She thought as they passed by a couple ponies hugging each other outside of a cafe. "Thats... Dusk." She thought.

"You honestly don't have to.. But, that would be fine.", Rockshire softly said, as she broke from the hug from Spirit, pushing the empty pie tin from their side of the table. She started staring into his eyes, getting very lost in them. So mesmerizing... So cool...

Dusk noticed what Rockshire was doing.  I heard of rumors that a strong changelings' eyes can be mezmerizing...  I don't want to risk revealing myself either, cause if I use magic she'll see my eye color change.  He waved a hoof infront of his face to break the eye contact.  "Hey wake up sleepy, it's like, the middle of the day.  And you gotta finish your pie too.  Sugar's supposed to make you have more energy not tired and spacey, silly."  He finished his half of the pie and whiped off with a napkin.

Once they got to the house, Arcane remembered he only had a few leftovers and a few daisy sandwich's. "Uh... i hope you're okay with a daisy sandwich, or leftovers. I don't tend to go to the market until Saturday" he said sheepishly. He was slightly embarrassed when ponies looked at his food supplies.

"I am fine with daisy sandwiches." Diamond said, Trotting through Arcane's door and sitting down in a chair in the kitchen, Trying to act like she has been here before. "I think going to the market once a week is fine, I hate having to go so often... Its rather annoying."

Angel looked up from her notebook towards a turquoise pony bouncing around.  She looked around, almost uncertainly.  She hadn't seen many ponies around this little park.  And she needed directions to a grocery store.

Angel Feather bit her bottom lip.  Should I ask?  I'm not sure if I should ask...

Star Light, still lost in her memories, and still staring at the stallion before her, quickly shook herself out of her trance. She walked slightly closer, now being only a few feet from the Pegasus. She honestly was unsure of how to act, she had adopted several personalities for several different colt friends she had had. She hardly remembered him, let alone how she used to act around him.

 

"Oh, umm, hello... Ugh, you. Youre name is Sky Warden, correct?" She hoped she had his name at least right.

Arcane nodded, "Sometimes it can get really crowded from half off prices or something. I don't really care for deals as long as I get the food." he said as he grabbed two daisy sandwich's out of the fridge and put them on plates. He walked over to the table and put one down in front of Diamond, then put down the other in front of the seat next to her and sat down.

Diamond eyed the sandwich. *That thing looks a little... Strange.* She thought, Picking it up and taking a small bite. *Well... Its not as bad as I expected it to be.* She thought, Taking another bite. "So... Arcane, How has your day been going ?... and this sandwich is pretty good." She smiled.

Arcane raised a brow, for two reason. 'Is the sandwich really that good?' and "Didn't you ask that question like... 10 minutes ago?" he was a little bit confused, but he shrugged it off. He took a bite of his sandwich and looked over to his pet bird, 'Extore'. The falcon squawked and opened his cage, then carefully flew over to Arcane's shoulder. "Whoa buddy, not while I'm sitting down" the bird jumped off his shoulder and down onto the table, and then eyed the sandwich.
