((Alright, let's just say Cloud had to take an emergency trip to the late night grocery store or something, okay?))

Cloud, now with saddle bags loaded with the snacks she was running low on, flew up to her house and let herself in. She noticed that Red had shown up while she was gone, and after restocking the snack table, she walked over to him. "Hey, Red. How've you been?" Looking over to where all the laughter was coming from, she saw everypony was having fun playing Twister.

Red stumbled back and fell on his rear as Cloud Puff suddenly appeared in front of him, "jeez, you scared the hoof out of me!" he yelped, "Anyways, sorry I'm late......I hope you aren't mad at me....." Red looked around, there were several ponies playing a game from Red's childhood.  It brought back a few memories for him.......

Red looked around, there were several ponies playing a game from Red's childhood. It brought back a few memories for him.......

Cloud was a bit confused as to why she would be mad. "Oh, no no, I'm not mad! I'm glad you could make it! Sorry for scaring you, I thought you saw me come in. Anyways, how've you been?" Red was pretty much the only one not playing Twister, so it was either awkward silence, or cooperation.

Cello Opal took her right hoof, which was already on the mat, and changed it to blue, causing it to be placed right under Krystal, who was now strangely pressed against Sky, who, though an awkward look crossed over his face, didn't jump away and stayed in his position.

"Well this is awkward." Sky mumbled under is breath as he spun the spinner again.  "Krystal front left hoof yellow, Myself also left front hoof yellow, Arrow left back hoof green, Marisa back right hoof green, Cello back right hoof green, Ragnar left back hoof green and Silver right back hoof yellow." Sky ended up once again pressed against Krystal, Their faces were center-meters away from each other and Sky could smell Krystal's 'ocean breeze' mane.

Silver then noticed arrow nibbling on his ear he slightly blushed, he then whispered to her " or maby the greatest ", as he heard sky it brought his focus back to the game, he put his right back hoof on the yellow right next to him, as he glanced over to arrow who was afew Inches away and smiled.

Ragnar smirked at Marisa's comment.  It wasn't just a flirtatious remark; it was the utmost truth.  Things were starting to get a little crammed on the mat, and ponies were extremely close to each other.  Ragnar didn't mind much; he was with Marisa after all.  He put one of his legs (or arms, if you prefer) around her neck affectionately.

Arrow smiled back at Silver Mane and then reached half way across the mat to touch one of the green dots.

*This is one way to learn how to do the splits...I shouldn't be bending into these positions.* She thought, looking around to see who she was close too.

As Little Hop sipped at her punch, she watched as the group playing twister comically maneuvered around each other. She found it rather entertaining watching the group. Hop then noticed somepony she knew. Evergreen. Hop was surprised to see her here. She had never really talked with Eve before but Hop has had the chance to chat a little with Descant, Rag, and Tag. So she knew this really wasnt Eves type of thing and wondered why she was here in the first place.

Eve didn't last very long in Twister. She had fallen only a few turns in. After much apologising, and blushing slightly, she made her way back off the board. Well, at least she tried.

 

She was going to go sit by Somber when she saw somepony looking at her. She looked slightly familiar.... Eve tottered over towards this new pony and sat beside her quietly.

"Youre a little out of your element, dont you think?" Hop asked Eve quietly so the others wouldnt hear. They probably didnt know about Eve being known as the 'Crazy girl who talks to flowers'. Hop sipped at her drink some more and looked over at Eve with a curious expression.

Eve glanced about shyly. "Well... Maybe a little bit. I wouldn't be here, but... The Twins like to make me get out of the garden sometimes. They seem to think I need to socialize." She rolled her eyes. "It's not all bad though. Sometimes these things aren't total disasters."

Hop smiled, almost ammused that Eve didnt recognize her. "Im Stacys friend, Little hop. We've only met once before a while back." Hop looked Eve up and down examining her, "I can see why Stacy took to you, but dont get me wrong. Her obsession with you gets a little annoying some times. Some days youre all she ever talks about. But i want to thank you. She hasnt drank anything alcoholic since you two met on that cruise. Now that i think about it, she is practically her old self now." Hop stopped realizing the subject was a little touchy remembering what happened. "But i know what youre saying. Ive bumbed into the twins once or twice in ponyville."

(Is it alright if i say she has met descant and the twins?)

Eve shifted in her seat uncomfortably. "O-obsession?" She stuttered.

 

She was glad to hear she had changed Stacy for be better, but... She didn't know what to think.

Somber stood there with Eve, confused by this other pony. She was related to Stacy? How weird. He just stood there shyly whilst they talked.

Cloud quickly paused, thinking what to say first. "Well, my oldest brother got accepted into that Wonderbolts Flight School, like he had wanted. Another brother just got engaged, and I'll be at the wedding next spring. I was just accepted into the meteorology college in Cloudsdale, so I'll be away a lot next school year." Cloud blurted, trying not to talk a mile a minute.

Red's eyes widened, "Wow, congratulations!  That must feel good for you!  What do you plan on doing after you graduate?"  Red felt a tinge of excitement, it reminded him of when he graduated from the Royal Music academy.  He couldn't help but envy Puff, he missed that feeling of achievement.

"We'll, I'm hoping to become a top meteorologist in Cloudsdale, and continue storm chasing in my free time. I don't know what else, really... Guess I'll just wait and see what happens." Cloud caught herself at the very beginning of a daydream, and stopped herself. Chances were, she would be a lonley, single pegasus.

I think a few times she left saying she was going to your place, but i dont think she ever did." Hop finished her drink and looked at Eve. "Did she ever stop by?"

Eve didn't know what to make of this. She looked around... Desperate to change the conversation. When nothing obvious emerged, Eve resigned herself to respond. Her tone was not eager.

 

"I've not seen her since the trip. I've heard nothing from her..." Her eyes watered up a little. Stacy... Eve had chosen horribly wrong at the end of that trip... She seemed to wilt at these thoughts, and the Star Rose he wore literally did so.

Hop was taken back by Eves reaction what she had said. Putting down the cup Little Hop patted Eves back. "Its ok. I know this is hard for you, but you have to realize how much you meant to her. I wouldnt go running to her though, not right now. Shes been a litte...angry recently." Hop let out a sigh. "You know what...lets change the subject. I didnt come here to make you go on a guilt trip and i honestly dont want to talk about it anyways."

At this point, Krystal suspected that Sky was rigging the spinner; the odds of them repeatedly getting the same color so they were forced to get closer and closer to each other were pretty slim. This didn't mean that she wasn't enjoying the situation, she found it pretty awkward but she was enjoying it. She blushed and continued to smile awkwardly "Soooo... Uhhhh... hehe... Would this be a bad time to apologize for last night?"

Hop was taken back by Eves reaction what she had said. Putting down the cup Little Hop patted Eves back. "Its ok. I know this is hard for you, but you have to realize how much you meant to her. I wouldnt go running to her though, not right now. Shes been a litte...angry recently." Hop let out a sigh. "You know what...lets change the subject. I didnt come here to make you go on a guilt trip and i honestly dont want to talk about it anyways."

Eve was now... Well... In a substantially diminished mood. She knew Hop hadn't meant any harm. She had just wanted to talk. But... Eve thought she had escaped all this. The Cruise was months ago. She didn't want to remember it at all. 

 

She hid these emotions by sipping some more punch. Putting it back down, she said, "So... You know the Twins well?"

Sky thought about what had happend between himself and Krystal. And it was then Sky realized that Krystal was the only one for him. He then leant in and kissed Krystal on the lips. He then pulled Krystal off the mat so they weren't interfering with the other's game and broke the kiss. "I am sorry about last night. It's as much my fault as it is yours." Sky apologized.

Krystal's heart soared when Sky kissed her and she didn't even notice that he pulled her off the mat. When he broke the kiss her eyes welled up with tears of joy as she embraced him in a tight hug "Oh Sky, I missed you. I missed you so, so much. I know it hasn't even been twenty-four hours yet but still, the thought of not spending another second with you is unbearable. I love you so much Sky" she buried her face into his shoulder and wept happily.
