We are gonna bombard him with skype messages referencing to the show and use words like everypony somepony and nopony, until he catches on. Or doesn't. By that point we will explain what the heck we were doing. xD This is going to be REALLY fun. Good part is, my brony friend (only one, may I add) is my brother's best friend! Talk about shocking! Anyways, share your funny reveal stories belowwww! I mean, if you want to... -Fluttershy Meh, I wanted to write a bit more. So after my family knows, I am going to get Rainbow Dash's cutie mark on a shirt >u< It's going to be awesome... But then, I'll wear it to school, and get random brohooves all day. Heck to the yes. Ok story time! BELOWWWW! -AB Ok guys! A day later and I told my brother! Me and a friend did reference the show quite alot... And then he left. I got him back on, and then right before the brony ensued, he left. Got him back on. Then the typical 'Omigoshomigoshomigosh a brony is someone who likes my little pony music *swag*' from him. I corrected him saying that it's that we like the show AND music, and bronies make music. He was all, 'Why would you like a show for little girls?' And I said that the creator said that it was for the whole family. Twice. After all that, he didn't hate much, and I even got him to try an episode! He told me it was pretty entertaining. KPM 288 December 20, 2012 Share December 20, 2012 I didn't get the chance to tell anyone in my family except for my brother. It kinda leaked accidentally. So there was no awkward stuff with it. EXCEPT last christmas I got an MLP T-shirt from my sister... And a G3 pony poster from my too mis-informed mom. My best friend got to know when I just randomly blurted at school to another friend something like "Dude, guess what infernal deed I did yesterday? I watched MLP:FiM and ACTUALLY LIKED IT :O" His reply I do not remember fully, but I remember him saying Fluttershy is best pony. It was hilarious because I realized that WAIT, someone else might be in the closet too. Back to my bestie, his bronification took about double the time it took for me. But yeah. He slowly watched the earliest episodes, and at some point took on a chain-view just like I did. Funny ways? I dunno. I don't dare to wear that MLP shirt in the public so easily. I know it dosen't represent all bronies but there is a lot of rule 34 stuff out there and googling it is a great way to accidentally stumble on it. I was going to tell them but was very hesitant, but one thing led to another and one day, when I got home, I had a note from my sister on my pc... yes about me being a brony, I quickly turned on my monitor, and sure enough my itunes was open to all my pony music, and my folder where I kept all my mlp wallpapers was also open... at first I didn't know what to think but in the end after I explained it, no one really cared, everyone had a good laugh about it. Why is a brony documentary pretentious? Alot of of major fandom have documentaries about them some of then like Star Wars have multiple documentaries what makes a documentary about bronies more pretentious than documentaries about those fandoms?
