writing In every breath I dare to take

Backs against the wall

With a world to face

Stepping stones accross the water

In times of need

Unto which pity has no place amongst man

Along such lines as to scar us

With times that rearange

Entering a blissful moment

The very last he dares to dream

Ending a life

My only nightmare

Standing alert

Ever present and infalliable

She stands with shadow

Covering half of her face

What does she care?

As all men must die

Pain as clear as the haze of the day

The pain of each tear as it works in its own special way

Once in every moment

Do you dare reconcile?

For the dawn of your heart and your mind of greater disease

Who deserves to die?

People

They come and they go and they never return

Only to find that the hearts of their lovers will dance in the flames

Are they still sane?

Defining fear

No one is near to this man

As he watches the grave that is stained by the blood of his hands

Waiting for judgment to smite him and take all its worth

Painful expressions that wait and then dance all about

The pain in his eyes

Imagining a dream

A girl and man and the story they tell

Of death and a savior and all that went wrong

A story worth telling

Even after the last of my blood fades away

Leaving me here

A breathless disease of the heart and the mind

No breath in the air
