Just to clarify, Violi is a province, not a city, right? Since it's poor and violent, I had imagined some of it being inhabited by barbarian-like people. Ponies that have banded together into tribes and don't heed the call of any traditional government. I had imagined my character as a "prince" of one of these wild tribes (The son of a chief, that is. Why he's banded together with the others is something I'll explain in his backstory). Something akin to the wildlings or mountain tribes of A Song of Ice and Fire/Game of Thrones, if you've read the books or seen the show. Is that permissible?   If none of that meshes with your lore, just tell me and I'll alter it, though. 

 

Oh, and yes, I'd like him to have a mastery in axes

That sounds really good with the tribes. But i think Violi as a province and a city with the same name. Perhaps there are tribes scattered all over Violi that left the main city of the province. I wanted Iron Wing stationed in Violi to be a character that is feared by the inhabitants for her cruel and merciless military advance to get law and order into the city and province.

 

Perhaps some of your character may heard of mine. I plan to be infamous and kind of evil to achieve the goals i need to restore the rule of Celestia and the Elements. If you are playing a prince, perhaps my character has heard of yours too.

I meant you could spend 49 points, not ypi had to have 49.

I've changed it to 34 points to spend, NOT INCLUDING THE 21 PRE-EXISTING! So you can put in 34 points and still have at least one in everything.

I've edited it into my former character submission post, just for consistency.   

And I may conjure up a little writing sample in the near future, a short "prologue", if you will, showing Cairn taking his leave of Thornwood Prison. Just for fun   

So yeah, I'm all set! This RP is still a go for launch, right?

Also, I realize Cairn has no cutie mark in his picture. Just imagine it's there, as described.
