I've watched videos before using transcribed audio, its so dumb XD I'm surprised youtube hasn't removed it honestly.(Or tried to fix or something .) But it is funny to watch the dumb mistakes it makes .

 

Only bad news is.. Now I have to make time to watch through the series with transcribed audio .

 

I'll get around to it sometime in my busy schedule of.. Um.. Ponys. .

I'm back to post this absolute gem of a failure from Hearth Warming's Eve.

 

 

I love everything about this frame and transcription. It just... works. It ties in a "breast season" with "those slimmest", so it actually appears to be a decent point about figure, even though it's just a tasteless transcription program. Plus, it's coming from Rarity, the most obsessed with image - it makes it work on another level.

Last time on my little pony, everyone spoke incomprehensible things, Celestia bragged about owning tons of Competency Musuems (whatever da fuq those are), and Amnesiac Twilight went off to join the Ciskei teams. 

"We're going to the Crystal Empire!"

"To get dressed"

 

So their whole reason to go there was to join the ciskei team and get some clothing.

I'm starting to think the Ciskei team isn't interested in the well being of the Crystal Empire at all.

 

But there was that Shining Armand guy...

 

I see, so Shining Armand was employed by the mane six to protect the empire while they go shopping for clothes with the Ciskei teams... 

 

Shining: "There are things out here we wouldn't want to meet after dark"

Fluttershy: "Oh no... Women!!!"

 

After running away from the women, Shining Armand takes his employers to the head of the Ciskei team, Genes. We learn that Genes can use her immunity to spread love and light.

So everything is fine.

Or is it???

 

Seeing that the Crystal Empire is indeed safe, Twilight and her friends head off to get permission from the Crystalline iliteracy.

 

I erhm.. uh..

 

RUNNN!!!

 

So Twilight wasn't trying to advance in her studies... but in her stockings...? Da hell

Having created this thread on another pony forum a long while back, I thought I'd share this with you guys. I didn't know whether to put it in here or Sugarcube Corner, so... eh

 

This is a really fun thing to do. As many of you probably know, Youtube's audio transcription is absolutely terrible, they hardly get any of the words right. So naturally, watching an episode of My Little Pony with them generates gems of failed transcriptions. Here are a few ridiculous mistranslations I found from watching the first episode. Just imagine a deaf person trying to watch an episode with these subtitles:

Twilight is in close proximity of military ponies? That can't be good for her studies... or for "Doctor Baden" and that random wolf.

 

...Equestria is in Wales? Remind me to book a flight there.

 

Applejack's second job: spy pony taking down Ponyville's police force.

 

But what is this? Rarity also has a second job... chief craftswoman of Canada? Must be a long trip from Wales, though I'm surprised Canada isn't more glamorous in this case.

 

What? I don't even...

 

First World Dragon Problems: banking issues arise even when you're a baby. He seems surprisingly happy about it...

 

If anyone's going to burst into a room with a lamp on his head and say the word "terrorists" with a grin on their face, of course it would be Spike. Well, maybe Pinkie Pie too.

 

What's the first thing Nightmare Moon says in her grand, evil speech? "Unwanted movie executives". Yeah, I'm confused too.

So, Discord's up and out of his stone banishment, and is immediately disappointed that Twilight isn't in Geneva. Obviously because she has one of the Elements of Harmony... but why Geneva? Maybe Switzerland is racist against unicorns.

 

I'm pretty sure he's not one of those, Fluttershy...

 

Ah, a little back story! Discord used to work for the Russian government, it seems. Either that or he's talking about Yeltsin adopting his own Gandalf-like staff.

I love this frame. Depending on which of the Mane 6 says it, it means four completely different things. Applejack is sceptical of Rarity's mane growing fifteen feet, Rarity is delighted at the thought of Applejack's hat growing fifteen feet, Pinkie Pie has somehow fallen asleep from the words "fifteen-foot" and Twilight is angrily gesturing towards her Element of Magic because it's fifteen feet smaller than she wanted it. And then Spike is just confused right at the end.

 

But eventually, Discord is reformed and plans to set up his own medical business. Phwoar! Move over Nurse Redheart, with Discord's magic medical issues will be a cinch!

So it's been a long while since I updated this thread. To relieve the summer's lack of episodes, this remains as fun as it always has been. n.n Here are the best ones from Magical Mystery Cure.

 

 

 

 

The VERY FIRST line of Morning in Ponyville, and Twilight breaks the fourth wall. That's Pinkie's job, dangit!

 

 

Fluttershy has a flashback to G3.

 

 

Twilight asks for- wait a minute. "Revive Dash"? What happened to Dash?! Did those animals actually light up that cauldron?!

 

 

Fluttershy's real name.

 

 

What's this tidbit? Is Twilight the daughter of Starswirl the Bearded? Or Celestia?

 

 

Celestia teleports Twilight to the tranquillity of another dimension to tell her that Gary Coleman is now recruiting.

 

 

Twilight is now an alicorn! Fluttershy lets her know exactly what granted her that gift.

 

 

What?! An unexpected responsibility of being a princess, I guess - wouldn't want the ponyfolk to be toting arms, would they?

 

 

And in her coronation carriage, Twilight decides to sing absolute nonsense.
