Lite was lucky that she was complimented before indirectly getting called a bee.

 

"Uh, thanks... I'm Lite Shade... It's nice to meet you.", she said, shifting a little from the dress. "And, uh, this dress... isn't mine... I, uh, I didn't bring any clothes because I have nothing..."

 

Her voice jumped back up in volume. "I can show you to Prancer's dorm. That's where most of us are staying at."

"Yeah, sure that would be great." Sky smiled picking up his satchel and standing up. "Also what do you mean you didn't bring any clothes? Or anything at all?" Despite the fact that Lite Shade had whisperd that part, he had still been able to hear her and was now quite curious.

Now Sky knew about this... Great. Before Lite could choke out an answer, another pony had walked up to them, asking about magic class. The perfect save!

If they don't know how dangerous they can be, they are usually careless and screw around, trying to do stupid things. Besides, being around me is dangerous enough as it is"

Its a good thing to do if you are ever trying to create a character that you need to play. Plus Ice cream is always a good thing to have on your first day. I also want to talk. Usually we would just choose a play like The Phantom Of The Opera  (Couldn't think of a pony name) But this year...I thought we could try making our own play...And I think a good place to plan would be eating ice cream...Which is in here." She pushed open the door to he cafeteria and smiled, Waiting for everypony to enter.

Rambler was surprised to hear that they were going to make their own play. It sounded like quite a task. Following Diamond into the cafeteria, Rambler thought about possible ideas for a play. He hoped it would be a musical, so that he could play in it, but that would be difficult if they were going to have to write their own songs. He turned to Cascade, "So, making our own play ought to be interesting. Do you have any ideas yet?"

Cascade shrugged as they stood in line to get ice cream. "I got nothing. The only thing that I can think of is my own life, and who would want to see a play about that?" She sighed, and approaching the front of the line, which was moving rather quickly, ordered two scoops of rich, creamy vanilla.

 

((Just a pet peeve of mine, guys. The word dorm is NEVER used for the name of a building. Sure, a building can be a dorm, but it won't be called Prancer's Dorm, or even Prancer Dorm. It'd be Prancer Hall. The name of the building isn't possessive, either. It's named after Prancer. He doesn't own it.))

Lite got up and walked off with Sky back to the Prancer's dorm.

When they finally arrived at Prancer's dorm, Sky decided now would be a good time to re-ask his question. "So why don't you have anything? I promise I won't tell anypony" He asked her curiously as he looked at the doors to the rooms. "Also do you know any stallions who do not have a roommate and what room they are staying in?"

"Hmm, let's see..." Ty turned around and reached into his saddlebag to get out a schedule of his. He took a look at his first class time to find he was indeed early here. "ah. Culinary arts, visual arts, flying... and that's just about it. What about you? What other classes do you have beside this?" Typhoon noticed she was repetitively looking back at him, but he decided to brush it off.

Quip was distracted with the residue left on the floor, he didn't clean up all the chemicals used to negate the one that spilled at first  and it was having a strange reaction to whatever the floor was made of. He quickly got a paper towel and cleaned it up, disposing of it in the mini incinerator Quip brought with him, just in case he needed to quickly get rid of something.

And then, I learned that my master was just plain out evil... So, I decided to come out into the outside world... I stole food, took shelter in a shed, and somehow got my way here... This necklace is all that I own.. And it holds no sentimental value.."

He said as he tried to think of a good reaction to what she had said. "Well, ummm I hope things are better for you here."

I hope it's a musical so that I get a chance to perform, but I kind of doubt that it will be. I'm just going to wait and see what the others come up with."

"We're going to be doing a play on eating ice cream?" Night Song had wanted to ask. She dismissed it when she figured the results would be less than pleasing. She simply slowed down to be with Shade and proceeded to the door that lead to the cafeteria. Wow, I wonder what play we'll plan? I just hope it doesn't involve romance or anything...

"Really? Well for the most part ive been studing necromancy and fire spells. I had a duel with another yesterday which was alot of fun." *Stop looking at him. Youre making yourself look creepy* Lila thought to herself. It really started to seem like she liked him.
