My Animations - The Nightmare

Welcome to my animation thread! This is where I will be posting my animations while I am on these forums. All of my current pony animations can be found here, and the thread will be updated with new ones as they are released I hope me running a thread like this will be acceptable!


The Nightmare
An idea I had since The Crystal Empire, but waited until Sleepless In Ponyville before I made it. My computer was broken at the time, so I was forced to borrow a laptop when I could and animate from my USB device. Somehow I managed to complete the animation in no more than four days o__o Music by Makkon <3

 

Ponies with Hats [On Hold]
My third pony animation. This was meant to be released long ago, but I was unable to since my voice actor was too busy to do the lines. The animation has been on hold around 95% complete since the start of November. However, a new voice actor was found the other day, so things are on the move.
 

Jaunt of The Lunar Mare
This was created immediately after my Derpy Hooves test. I decided to create Princess Luna, complete with a flowing mane and walk cycle. Then I got the idea to add backgrounds, and this came out of it. It was a tough learning experience and a lot of work, but I prevailed Woohoo!

Derpy Hooves - Animation Test
My first attempt at pony animation. I made it over two afternoons at school. Prior to this, my experience with Flash amounted to a couple of scribbles with a stick-figure running across the screen. I guess I'm a fast learner? (:

Oh wow! They look so well made! This is something i wish i could do, but i couldn't be bothered to learn all that... Again, very nice work, very nice ideas!

awesome work. the nightmare was creepy but i think everyone had nightmares of GAK. awesome work again and really well done. looking foreword to seeing more

Wow... These are pretty good! What program did you use to make them? I assume it was Flash? I'm just wondering because I want to start animating
