Alright so triggering the flutterstate calmed me down significantly. I do want to post an update on how the fluttershy file is affecting me and my life:

 

So far the effects still come and go at random but the things that haven't gone away is the feeling of having a tail, wings, pony ears, and muzzle. I also am starting to have fluttershy's personality but i am still able to control the shyness due to the fact that i work in retail and always talk to customers.

Some things here and there still trigger the state such as fluttershy pics and videos, cute animals, and anything that has the mane 6.

The only down side is that i sometimes forget who and what i am. Sometimes i ask myself: "am i chris or fluttershy" or " am i a human or a pony". This doesn't bother me much but still it is kind if bad if i think that "i am a pony named fluttershy" even though i'm a human named chris.

 

I just needed to get this off my chest. I'm still going to continue listening to the Fluttershy file and see what else i can gain from it. I am most likely not going to use the reset since i'm far into the Fluttershy file.

 

Now that i finished this update i think i might do a pegasus flight file soon.

I'm doing fine. Chris left me a few notes again. One says that he wants to train me to use his xbox and the other is to train me to use the keyboard with my hooves again. What is an xbox?

I'm very certain Chris is just sleeping at the moment. You two seem to be awake only on opposite times. Maybe see if you can somehow flip your own sleep schedule you will be able to find him while he's awake?
