Can you give me some advice (I have to do it at 2 am when family asleep) Should I get headphones so I can do it during the day?

You can if you wish. On the hypnoponies.net forums, you can find the loop version of the files where you can listen to the file during everyday activities. It may not be the best way to gain suggestions, but it's worked well for many ponies, especially those with little spare time.

 

Headphones seem to be the best though earbuds will do as well.

Just make sure you don't drink coffee or an energy drink after doing the pinkie file. I did it way before i started doing the fluttershy file and it can get very crazy.

That's why i ended up switching to Fluttershy. I woke up after doing the pinkie file and drinking coffee and my heart was racing like crazy. Like i said before: just be careful when drinking coffee or an energy drink

I'll not drink my of usual amount 2-3 cups a day. I'll just drink 0-1 per day.

Trip update: today is my last day in SoCal and i still feel the wings, tail, ears, and muzzle feeling. Last night i did feel myself go into the flutterstate but it was when i was going to bed. No journals or notes from Fluttershy. Hoping to do a Fluttershy or pegasus flight file tomorrow night when i get back from my trip.

I am. I met so many SoCal bronies today and found a local comic store in bakersfield that had a lot of mlp stuff. Can't wait to go home tomorrow so i can continue the fluttershy files

Update on Pinkie File + Coffee

I was going to play CS:GO until my brain thought Gmod would be more fun. So I played that on a MLP RP Server ( I was Pinkie). I felt more alert than I normally do with Espressos.

If I were a psychologist, I would love to write a paper about this – I might even get some sort of extra credit in school.  Unfortunately, psychological phenomena aren't my specialty.  Maybe if you were actually becoming ponies, we could get DNA samples.  I wonder what sort of genes would be in pegasi and unicorns.  I mean, since all the races can evidently interbreed, they're the same species, but wings and horns make for some pretty big polymorphism.

Hypnosis is still a controversial subject within psychology (and honestly, I can see why), so maybe we can help to prove it.
