I recommend the 7 + or - 2 trance aid file available on the Hypnoponies forums. It's been working pretty well to help achieve a deep trance.

So music+ the inducer + 2-3 loops of Vinyl hypnosis.

I will also add that if you're looping and plan to wake up afterwards, make sure you also include the awakener at the end to prevent you from going into an extended suggestible state.

I'm planning to do the hyonofiles again But I want to do twilight this friday (because free time) But I did pinkie 2 years ago.. My question is , is it safe to switch to the twilight file without doing the reset? I mean I only did the pinkie once and the only thing I got is full of twitchiness.

What you can do is use a program (like Audacity) and cut out the induction and awakener. Then for the final loop, just have the awakener at the end.

I'm going to have to agree with TSG. Although the thought of a tulpa is interesting, the trend is suppose to be about the pony hypnosis. Plus talking about tulpa's won't help the ponies who need help with the files.

I don't know, she might be, I mean, you made a pseudo-tulpa pretty quickly.  I guess if you go into the files expecting and wanting to be RD, that quick success might be harnessed more constructively.
