Okay, i kind of wanna try it for fun and stuff, but i'm too scared after reading the disclamer. I mean, it'd be fun to really feel like a pony for like a night or something, but for my entire life if things go tits up... What should i do guys?

When that disclaimer was written, there were other, more..... unsavoury files in circulation that have been removed since.  Hypnosis in this instance is only dangerous if you make it so.

Forgive my vagueness.  You can only be hypnotized to do things that you want to, and during the hypnosis, you're given trigger phrases to snap in and out of it at any time.  In the case of Twilight, to snap out of it, you just say, "revert to normal" and you do so, and you just say, "I'm a smart pony" to be a pony again.  If some effects like hooflock pop up, they can be banished with willpower, and if all goes horribly wrong, there's a 'reset' file to get rid of all of the effects of the hypnosis.  This can only damage you if you're very uncareful.  The biggest risks arise when you mix files.  DON'T MIX FILES.

Blue and I have both thought about writing a fanfic about the hypnosis itself.  You know, a human who thinks they're a pony, and go through an identity crisis, and lots of sad things happen.  At least, my interpretation of that premise is tragic...

So, a bit of a personnel question for the lot of us. What your personnel motivation or reason to pony hypnosis? Though I take it mostly it would be curiosity but hey, just throwing it out there.

I started pony hypnosis because i wanted to see if hypnosis could work on me

 

 

So somepony linked me a journal of someone who did the fluttershy file with really good results. This journal i read makes me want to focus more on the fluttershy file and hopefully i'll be able to communicate with the pony conscious.

From what the journal said it was almost like a tulpa but it didn't form physically. Only mentally.

 

Oh BTW i pretty much went to work today as fluttershy. I tried using my willpower to suppress the effects of the hypnosis but it just took over. I was still aware but i could feel the fluttershy personality. Like in my earlier post it was almost like my personality was a cross between me and fluttershy

Yeah i noticed what i said. He pretty much said that it was almost like a second conscious. He was even able to speak to fluttershy but not physically visualize her. He also had a text chat with her.
