Probably not. Making a tulpa can be thought of as a long process of advanced self-hypnosis, but just hypnotizing yourself to be an equine will probably not result in a spiritual equine following you around.

It can but it is kind of rare. I created my fluttershy tulpa by accident by doing the fluttershy session a lot. I'm so glad i did. She is making my life a whole lot better.
