Sam couldn't take the talk anymore, she ran off. Rocket ran after Sam to comfort her.

 

"sam, are you ok?" he asked after he caught up with her.

 

sam with tears in her eyes, replied "yes, it just was too much for me, I needed to get some air."

 

Rocket gave her a hug and smiled, "its ok, everythings alri-" he stopped and stared into the distance where he thought he saw a red and black pony. "no...." he said.

 

Sam looked at him and instantly knew what was happening. "rock, he isn't there, don't look at him, hes not there!" she said, trying to recover rocket.

 

"How dare you date after all the hurt you put on this family, ground lover" the figure called out to rocket.

 

"I didn't do anything" rocket replied. Sam was looking really worried.

 

"Well, its ok, ill deal with this!" the figure said, threatening Sam.

 

"no you don't!" rocket said back. The figure took off in the opposite direction and rocket took off in a dead sprint after him.

 

"SHOOT!" Sam yelled, turning back and running to the group.

Hank nods "well i didnt see her.. and i think im the one who needs to fall asleep.." he looks at sam "where is rocket going? Whats the rush?"

 

Celestia smiles "if you find out that you can control your anger and learn about friendship. than you can become royalty."

Sams eyes were as huge as dinner plates, "he went after.......Jet!" she said, she was really worried about rocket.

 

Rocket had ran halfway thorugh ponyville, chasing after Jet, he usually could catch him on the ground, but Jet was able to keep his distance, "GET BACK HERE!" Rocket yelled through the town

Lightning was too busy talking to Rainbow Dash to notice what everypony else was saying; he found he had so much in common with her, it was as tho they were soulmates. He was looking forward to her mentoring him in flying and also just being with him; he asked her out on a date.

 

"Nothing soppy," he added. "Just wanted to know if you would come with me to watch the races in Cloudsdale."

 

These races were held every year and entered by all the flying teams in Equestria. While the Wonderbolts often won, sometimes the Cloudchasers would win, or even one of the lesser known flying teams.

Sam found rocket, who had now fainted from the stress on his head, she was relieved to find him, but now knew she had to help him a little bit, she perforemed a relaxation spell she used on her patients. Then she called out for hank and princess celestia.

 

"Hank!" She called out, "celestia! I found rocket! He over here!" She then snuggled next to rocket to keep him relaxed

Celestia heard sam and flew to her and lands next to hank "is there anything i can do? I will do anything to help him. I dont want anything bad between you both." She touches rockets forehead

"Celestia or hank, if you could just carry him back to the house, tht would be fine, he will be out for the rest of the night" she then though about telling them about rocket, "then come back to the library, and I'll tell you guys more about rockets past, he left out Jet" she looked at rocket, who had a relaxed look, rather than a worried look, on his face.

As they head back hank looks at celestia "i am worried about rocket."

 

Celestia nods "me too." She sighs as she went back to the library. They soon arrived "ok sam lets hear it." Hank said.

Lighting smiled at his new marefriend and kissed her back. "I'm already looking forward to it," he said to her, glad that he'd chosen the perfect date for himself and Rainbow Dash. The two pegasi were really quite alike and liked a lot of the same things so it made sense to go and see the races together.

Sam sat down and began to tell the story

"Rocket had two brothers, one was named Sonic blast, who was a athleticly gifted flyer, but was arrogant so not a lot of ponies liked him. but there was another that rocket had issues with. his name was Jet Blast. Jet blast wasn't ahtleticly gifted, but was a very hard worker and everypony loved him for it, Rocket wasn't as hard of a worker, so he was shunned." when the fire happened rocket found Jet and was super happy, for the first few days he felt like he had a part of his family again. but then something happened. Jet changed in rockets head. Jet began telling rocket how he was never part of the family, or how rocket was never as good as him and sonic." sam stopped to wipe a tear from her eye, "Rocket had began to go crazy and believe that he wasn't worthy of being a Pegasus, or even worthy of living. he lived on the street for a few months and I met him fighting with Jet, but Jet want there." sam stopped to let those last words sink in. "Jet died in the fire with the rest of rockets family. But rockets mind had brought jet back. to deal with the stress and guilt. the bad part of this is that rocket began to punish himself about the fire, which is why jet became evil and mean."

Celestia gasps "im so sorry.. maybe.. hank.. could remove jet.. but than hank sees sombra. For that price. Hank would do it."

"you aren't" jet mumbled, sonic hit jet in the shoulder.

 

"rock..... dad was just mad, you were always part of the family, but you deserted the family!" Sonic said.

 

"no I didn't! the family deserted me!" Rocket replied in anger.

Hank nods hugging back "you dont owe me anything. Its just who i am. Lets go. I need him awake for it." He sighs as he got out of the hug and looks at celestia and smiles as they head to the house. He smiles "well. I might need the free trips after this." He says jokingly

Rocket could feel the 13 AIs in his head removing the jet vision from him and fixing him up abit.

After abput 2 hrs the vision is out of rocket and surrounded by the AIs as ot changed from jet to sombra and made it go in hank's head. Now hank could get visions of sombra and dreams about it.
