Aryios took his dagger from its sheath and cut off his ponytail."This how i will change you said its more fun to be with friends than a brute then so be it by doing this i have shamed myself not only as a warrior but as sentinel." Aryios though the ponytail on the ground and incinerated it with a blast of magic. "How come im this way i saw hank as a father figure somepony i could really trust somepony who i could gave me a reason to better myself but now hes gone even though i got you i feel so lost i have lost two ponies i called a father and a friend and now its nothing." Aryios said trying no to cry in front of Rose.

Rose hugs him tightly "well.. i saw the Tardis in the hall.. i think he is still here but i dont have the key.. rocket and sam do.. that was surprising of you.. im happy for im glad you did that." She kisses him and put a rose behind his ear "aryios.. i still have the sonic screwdriver.." she points it at his mane and flips the switch and his ponytailcomes back. She presses the switch again and his mane isnt a ponytail anymore.

Aryios was stunned at what just happened this was his original color of his mane it was a blond color with white highlights. Aryios Hugged rose tightly and kissed her passionately. " I see what it means now this is the time for a new beginning a life with you and i have just the thing." Aryios reached in his travel bag and took out a band and he said. "I have put alot of thought in this and i would like you to have this band this symbolizes are relationship and maybe it will blossom into something meaningful later." The band was beautiful it had a symbol of a lotus flower."

Everypony looks around and shakes their head. The mane 6 gasp as twilight is about to cry and so is celestia.

 

Rose smiles and tackles Aryios and kisses him 'please dont leave me ever again.' She hols him close and giggles "you are late.. hank is here... Oh.. he isnt anymore.. ill forgive you.. if.. and only if.. you apologize to hank."

Rocket and Sam look at each other,

 

"He must have been trying to tell us something" Sam said, fighting back more tears.

 

Rocket looked around then had an idea, he turned to celestia, "celestia" rocket said "do you know where the tarsus thing is, we have a key to it, or at least I think we have a key to it"

Celestia smiles and nods and heads to tardis as thr key glows brightly "ok.. here it is. go see what that key does ok?" She hugc them both and smiles

Aryios and Rose walked back to the party everypony was dancing wildly to the music it almost looked like a rave party for awhile. Aryios and Rose sat down at the table "Well i guess now i will have to hire a somepony to take care of this thing huh?" Aryios pointed to his mane.

Rocket takes the key from Sam and goes to the door, he cautiously puts in the key and it fits and turns. The door opens to reveal the inside of TARDIS

 

"We'll" rocket says,"I sure hope hank is in here, I don't want him to miss the reception"

Sam laughs and the two of them walk into TARDIS

Aryios wasnt to big on large social gatherings like this they always made him feel uncomfortable but he decided come to the party casue she asked him too. "Yeah its been a long time since i have seen this mane its almost comforting in a way." Aryios looked around to see that Rocket and Sam were gone but he didnt think much of it.

Aryios leaned over on the table and looked out the window he started to remember everything that has happened over the past month is almost seemed like something out of a fairy tale he met some wonderful friends he found love and not to mention he found his calling. "Aryios looked at his cutie mark it was a shield with a aries zodiac sign on it. "I finally found what this mark means im a protector its my destiny to watch over everypony as my ancestors have done for generations." Aryios couldnt help but crack a small smile.

 Aryios and Rose were dancing along to the song. Aryios could feel the warmth from roses body it was comforting. He still cant believe that this was happening he never would have known that he would be dancing or even in a relationship of any kind with the most popular pony from school let alone being called a Hero and Protector. He Held Rose closely.

Hank smiles as he got some hard cider "go dance. Its your night." Twilight hugs sam and rocket "thank you for bringing hank back."

Celestia smiles "yes thank you."

Rocket and sam smile to twilight, "I wanted him back too, after all, he is the reason me and sam are together" rocket said with a huge smile.

 

Sam giggles , "yea, twilight, we are just as glad to have him back as you are" then she turns to rocket, "want to go dance?"

Cicada entered the hall when invited but put herself at the back, away from the other ponies. She didn't want anypony to guess her secret. She was looking around to see if she could find Hank; Cicada remembered what he'd told her before and she wanted to talk to him about it.

Twilight smiles as she watches the two go and dance as she went to sing some songs and also play the guitar which hank taught her how to play.

 

Hank noticesthe pony and walks up to her not knowing its Cicada "hello. im hank. Whats your name?" He smiles as he sips some strong cider.

Cicada hesitated; she didn't know at first whether to tell him her real name and have him guess or not. Eventually, she decided on honesty.

 

"I'm Cicada," she whispered. "I was going to let you go back then, but you escaped anyway. I decided to run after you and use that as an excuse to leave. I'm not the only changeling who doesn't want war with the ponies; there are others like me but we have no choice but to follow our Queen."

He nods "well. I am sure you can live here in canterlot but you have to be a changeling. It will be easier to explain ok?" He points his sonic screwdriver at her and got rid of her disquise and made her, her changeling form.

 

Everypony gasps.

 

Hank smiles "everypony this is my friend Cicada. She was helping me escape the changeling castle. Sure she is a changeling but that doesnt mean anything. Let her stay. she doesnt want war."

 

Celestia thinks and opens her mouth right when twilight yells "yes of course she can!'
