Colt heard the gems russling behind him and turned around quickly.

"Hey, what the hell do you think you're doing!? Drop the bag now!" Colt readied his bow and aimed it at the stallion swiftly. "Who are you? Better talk fast, or there's gonna be an arrow in that leg of yours."

 

(Also, as far as Pony races go, he's the equivalent of a Wood Elf/Pegasus mix I guess.)

"I don't think so. You're messing with a pony that you don't want to. I've stood my ground against my share of assassins and sent them crawling back to their shambles of a guild." He stared daggers at the pony in front of him. "I worked my flank off getting those treasures! I fought through at least 20 undead, several giant spiders, and an old ancient Nord Warlord!" He inspects his opponent and at his stolen pouch of coins. "I'm not an unkind man however. Drop the bag and I'll let you have the one gem you have your eyes on. But that's it. I have sympathy for you plight, but I won't allow you to up and leave with my hard earned gems." He shot an arrow at the tip of the pouch, attaching it to a nearby tree. As the other pony is distracted by the scene, he pulls out a knife and substitutes the arrow in the face with a knife at the throat. "Try anything again and that arrow will be hitting somewhere else." The daggers begin to get more aggressive. "So are we done here?" Colt said in a confident voice.

Striker said now with the biggest grin on his face, even with the knife cutting his neck slightly and a bit of blood coming out he still laughed. you know now that i think of it.... i could probably help you when you go mining, also you may want to look at that arrow you just shot again...

Looking at the arrow loged in the tree everything seemed fine... until the arrow split in half and then broke in to even smaller perfectly cut cubes...

Striker then said with another grin on his face you may also want to check you bags...

Flame shrugged at the three ponies. "Well...forgive me for just walking away, but I have business to attend too in Whiterun...good luck figuring out what happened." He gave the ponies a small smile then made his way down the trail. *That...was strange.* He thought.

"I really didn't want to do this... But you don't seem to want to back down." Colt said inspecting everything mentioned. "But sadly, you have left me no choice..." Colt tossed his dagger in the air and caught it in his knife holster. "KRII!" (Kill, Marked for Death rank 1) The shout manifested into a entity that drains away at your physical health as your armor starts to deteriorate. He laughs back at the assassin. "I told you, you don't want to mess with me. By the way. My name's Colt.  Colt Fortune. And I'm no simple miner. I'm a treasure hunter."

Striker laughed, suddenly Striker vanished and reappeared behind the pony, look i dont want to kill you, vanishing again he reappeared on the ponies back, but if you force me too i will, finally he reappeared back in his original postion, "Im no normal assassin if thats what you think i am... i can slow down time, It takes energy to do so but i don't mind to much, look i'll even be nice... there i gave you all your stuff back... and yet you still want to harm me, thats not very nice you know?" Striker pulled out his knife and then dropped it infront of the pony, "I'll even drop my weapon for you... you still didn't not say anything of my offer to help you."

After walking for a few minutes, Flame arrived at his destination. he walked through the gates and almost immediately noticed two ponies who seemed to be having some sort of argument...that involved knives...lets call it a fight. He was surprised to see that no guards were around to stop this. He couldn't help but watch these two ponies.

After finishing he shook his head at the pony. "I'm going to sell my gems and if I see you trying to steal them again, you *won't see* what hit you." He said with an emphasis on "won't see". He looks over to his side and notices the pony standing there. "Damnit... A witness."

Striker looked in the same direction as colt, " oh you mean that pony over there?" i can go take care of him... for a fee of course, no i wont kill him if thats what your thinking, but i think i will be able to, persuade him shall we say? you know what i won't even take no for an answer i think i'll go right now!" Striker then disappeared, Colts bags felt slightly lighter too...

Striker reappeared out of the view of colt but close to the new pony "boy what a day and i'll i wanted was a little food... guess i'll have to wait.

Flame chuckled. "Shouldn't you be happy there's a witness. from the looks of it...he was the one trying to steal your things, therefore, its a good thing I watched. now I can go tell a guard about what I saw...which I wont because I don't like getting into the affairs of other ponies." He said, shrugging.

And that's when he noticed one of the ponies disappear. He quickly prepared his spells and backed up the wall of a nearby house. "Didn't you just hear me say I wouldn't be telling anypony. Now, come out and stop playing hide and go seek like a foul."

"He stole the gem when he said he wouldn't... Now's my chance to take it back while he's distracted." He thought to himself. "Let's hope that thu'um the grey mane's taught me works as well as it did in training." After a moment. "Feim Zii Gron." He said to himself before disappearing into thin air. He walked over to the assassin pony and re took what was his, running back towards a shop before he could steal it again. "Damn assassins. Who knew they could be such a pain in the flank." Colt walked into a store, approaching the counter. "Hello miss, how much will you give me for all of these gems? I've been looking to unload for awhile."

"Hmm... All of those together? How does 2,000 bits total sound? I think it's a great price for all of those gems together."

"Perfect, thank you ma'am." He said, placing the pouch of gems onto the counter and walking out with his new purse of money. "Now to hide this where that pony can't steal it again." He pulls a brownish-green nature like cowl that spans from the hood, to his flank. Covering him in in the cloak. He then places the coin purse into his saddlebag. "Can't leave yet, that pony's still there..." He said, seeing the assassin standing near the witness. After, he hides in the shadow of a rock and a tree near him and scopes out the scene.

Flame raised an eyebrow. "Weren't you the one just talking about killing me ? Why in this great big world would I willingly tell you my name ?" He asked, as the fire that had been surrounding his hoof moments earlier disappeared. "Forgive me...but that's not a wise choice on my part." He said.

"Besides! I hate killing! It is the irony of my work that keeps me alive... if only my parents..." Striker seemed to drift of for a moment, then his eyes came back and looked back at the pony. "My names Striker, Thief of Whiterun and hired assassin, i think i would like to be your friend! That is of course if you are willing to trust me... although i can understand if you don't... most ponies don't, usually if i talk to anyone here they try shooing me away."

I could be a bounty hunter...or a guard, i'm not of course, but if I was I would have to arrest you...the name's Flame Dance." He said, turning around and walking towards the town center.

"Oh i don't worry about it to much the guards here know me! though they don't like me they leave me alone, but hey! Were are you going? you don't want to talk to me? well i guess i can't really blame you, but then who am i going to talk to for the rest of the day? the only other person i could ever talk to was old Mrs. Henrys, but she died sadly." Striker looked down at the ground sad, a few seconds later he suddenly fell on the ground.

Colt, shadowed in his cowl walked out of the shadows and towards a food stand in the center of Whiterun.

"Give me 3 loaves of bread please..." I said to the stall owner.

"Yes, that will be 20 bits total." The shopkeeper returned.

"Alright, here you go." He pulls the bits out and lays them on the table as she puts the bread out on the table. Colt nods at her then walks towards the two ponies again seeing the assassin laying on the floor, lowering his hood. "Take these. If you're truly hungry, three loaves should be plenty." Colt kneels down and gives him the bread. "Just don't take my gems again." Pity and kindness in his eyes.

Flame was going to keep walking until he heard a loud thump. He sighed and turned around only to see Striker laying on the ground. He walked over so he was only a few feet away. "Oi...You alright Mr Striker ?" He asked, keeping a good distance away from the pony as he still didn't quite trust him.

Flame kept quiet as the pony from before came over with a couple fresh loaves of bread.

"No... not really... haven't eaten in the last three days, and the time spell i preformed a few minutes ago... well lets just say it drained a lot of my energy...." At this point Striker was Breathing hard his eyes looked bloodshot and if you looked close enough you could see the outline of his ribs. "You don't happen to have any food do you? I could really... really use some hehe... no money...." Striker then saw colt with the loafs of bread. "Oh thank Heaven and earth! Striker then used all his energy to scarf down the loafs of bread."Thank you so much Mr. Colt! i feel much better now, but i don't have anything to give you in return! well there is one thing..." Striker grabbed a gold chain with special runes from around his neck and offered it to Colts, " It was my mothers gift to me before she died, its also the soucre of all my powers, you saved me so you should have it in return!"

Bright Spark shrugged. "spend the night at the inn then give the news to the blacksmith. Probably go to Solitude after." He shrugged As he walked up to the gate. The Guards stopped them at the gate.

"Stop! State your Business in Whiterun."

Bright Spark looked at the Guard "I'm a solder for the Imperial Army. We're here to rest for the night."

"What about him?"

Bright Spark looked back at Rambler. "He's looking to see if he can get into jorvasker"

The Guards called for the door to be opened. Ok but be careful. we don't need anymore trouble."

Bright Spark nodded and walked through the gates.

Striker had his chain out, when the gates opened and there was one of the guards. "Cr**! I need to move fast!" Striker thought, he was still to weak to slow down time and getting up would be a problem, but somehow he managed to get up he looked at the guard, and knew that he was seen, and then started running as fast as possible, which at the moment was more of a weak limp.
