Arrow's eyes flashed and her hooves shook slightly.

Moments later vines grew out of the ground at the changelings hooves and started wrapping around them, pulling her into the ground. "If you teleport the vines will just go with you. So don't bother." She said, watching the changeling get pulled slowly deeper into the earth.

Violet just smirked, then teleported right on top of Arrow, having the vines grab her as well, dragging her down, too. "I'm not going down alone, plant pony!" She latched onto Arrow, holding her around the middle as they both were dragged down.

 

Dox stared in horror as both the mares were pulled from sight. "Oh, dear Celestia, NO!!!" He ran over to the hole and looked down it. "ARE YOU OK!? SPEAK TO ME!!!"

Violet just smirked, then teleported right on top of Arrow, having the vines grab her as well, dragging her down, too. "I'm not going down alone, plant pony!" She latched onto Arrow, holding her around the middle as they both were dragged down.

Arrow only laughed as the plants pulled them down.

A few moments later she flew up out of the hole still chuckling slightly. "Who do you think controls the plants ?" She called down to the mare. More and more vines were growing out of the walls and moving towards Violet.

Violet was slowly crawling up the hole with the vines still latched onto her. She was getting tired, but her anger at Arrow was fueling her.

Moonbeam was still pretty useless, and this whole situation scared and confused her. She was particularly scared for poor Chamois, all alone in the changeling hive. I hope she'll be okay. She leaned against Lost Knowledge, rubbing heads with him lovingly for comfort, unable to really do anything. "Lost, do you have any ideas about what we could do? I...I'm scared. Especially for poor Chamois..."

Arrow looked at Dox. "I'm not going to kill her Dox." She said. "I wouldn't just kill somepony for being rude...i'm tying her up so we wont need to worry about her." She said, leaning down and looking into the small pony sized hole. "I'll let you back up if you say sorry and promise not to mess up our plan...in any way." She said.

Lost wrapped his foreleg around her shoulders and tried his best to comfort her.

 

"I'm afraid I'm not really sure what to do, either. But I'm worried about Chamois, too. If you want to try and sneak in after her, I'll go with you. Whatever you decide, I'll follow you."

Shade was smashing her head on a wall... "Love is one powerful thing... And it just blew our cover" she said quietly to herself.

"Well...what about Paradox and Nightfall and Arrow? We can't just abandon them, but I don't want to leave Chamois alone either." She was nervous to go without the others, and she really didn't want to put Lost Knowledge in more danger by bringing him into the hive with only her.

"I... I just don't know. What was Chamois thinking, leaving the group like that? If we split up, it just puts everyone in more danger. But we can't just leave her in there by herself. I guess there's not much to do but wait for the others and go together."

Dox nudged Shade and whispered, "You know, we reeeeeeally don't need the attitude right now. There's no reason to be pissy. And besides, it's only one changeling. Oh, and one more thing... It's hard to keep love in check, but i doubt you would know that, huh?"

 

Violet rolled her eyes. "Fine, I'll stay out of the way. But I'm still going with you."

"Well, like Lost Knowledge said, we need to get going anyway. We really have to get into the Hive soon. You know that. So everypony, get your act together and let's go!" She said, trying her best to sound strong. She would do something to help this group. She was determined about that. She remained by Lost's side though, for comfort.

Shade growled, "no... I woudnt know that" she said annoyed...

 

Then turned to the purple changeling, she looks and thinks, * odd color... Something's up with her, but what?*

" fine... Follow us... Like I care... It seems a lot of the changeling have forgotten who I am" she said

Arrow nodded. "Fair enough." She said, the vines let go of Violet and moved into the ground.

Arrow turned to Moonbeam and nodded. "You're right, we gotta get that sw- I mean...get into the tower...and stuff." She said, glancing at Violet then moving towards the entrance of the tower.

Dox felt like kicking Shade right now. She was being infuriating right now. But he ignored this feeling, because he had more important things. "Right. We need to go in now. Right now." He started walking to the door. He opened the door and walked inside, standing next to Chamois.

Shade roled her eyes and walked inside... She was trying to keep her cool, but it was going to be long and hard if she stuck around with the ponies... They don't know how to act... It's as if they want to be questioned... Then the purple changeling... She looked at her and asked "so what's your deal?"

"Hmm? What exactly do you mean?" Violet was rather caught off guard by the question, and she didn't know how to answer. She wasn't odd or have any 'deal' wrong with her... not that she knew of, anyways.

 

Dox looked around in awe. "Wow... that is a LOT of stairs!" He took a step towards them.

"Hmm? What exactly do you mean?" Violet was rather caught off guard by the question, and she didn't know how to answer. She wasn't odd or have any 'deal' wrong with her... not that she knew of, anyways.

 

Dox looked around in awe. "Wow... that is a LOT of stairs!" He took a step towards them.

 

Arrow chuckled. "And that's why we had wing-oh...yea." She stopped half sentence and looked back at the armor which was covering her wings which were covered in bark...making it impossible for her to fly.

She mumbled something about a knife and a cure as she moved towards the stairs.

Moonbeam walked along side Lost Knowledge, following the others into the Hive. She hugged Chamois tight when she met her. "I'm so glad you're alright, Chamois! We were worried you'd be hurt, being in here all alone!" She released her from the hug with a smile.

Lost followed the others inside and sighed with relief when they met back up with Chamois.

 

"Chamois! I'm so glad you're okay. Now that we're all back together again, can we please all make an agreement not to split up again? I'm sick of having to worry about people going off on their own."

"Can't we all change... If only we can change what we are..." Shade said turning away, she still though there was something up with this purple changeling, she has never met a different colored changeling other than herself and the queen.

 

'So where are you going dox? Where do you plan to look for the sword?' She ask dox through communication.

Chamois had stopped immediately after she heard the voice in her head telling her to wait.  She froze and glanced around, silently horrified.  She quickly lifted a hoof and glanced at it casually, as it checking it for dirt.  She acted as if she was supposed to be there.

Nightfall trotted up beside Chamois, and almost felt like walking on. He didn't want to anger Paradox, though, and knew that moving on would make him mad. He stood there, occasionally glancing at Chamois. He didn't think of her much, though, and on purpose; he didn't want to give them away.

"Well, seeing as she's in here with us and we outnumber her, do you really think we need to communicate like that, Shade?" He looked at the many doors. "Besides, I bet she's figured some things out already, with the way Arrow attacked her. Now, what we need to do is find the door that leads to the royal chambers..."
