I have been using paint.net professionally, well trying these to arts works are my new OCs Frozen Mint and Sweetie swirl they are both vectors and I hope you like them; feel free to praise of make any idea's or suggestions!

Nice work. I really wub the colors of Sweetie Swirl, reminds me of Pinkie Pie (and she is just <3), the expression is one of my favourite in the show (except suspicious Pinkie Pie, maybe). The mane looks a bit messy, but I guess that is the style, and I have no experience with paint, so I better be quiet now...

About Frozen Mint, I don´t have many words, but the look, position and all is just kinda... badass (cool that means). In a good way, that is.

Wow thanks for you comment with sweetie swirls mane it was kinda rushed because I had to go to bed also I was tired. But in a way it expresses who she is, the 'bad ass' position was just right for Frozen Mint but again the tail was rushed.

Frozen Mint is one of the cutest OCs I've ever seen! And the tail looks like a leaf! (A mint leaf right?  Or is it just called mint?) Nice touch!

*jawdrop* They're Amazing!!!   I really like Frozen Mint's Mane cut, I don't know much about using paint.net, hec, I'd be surprised if I knew anything at all! But it looks just..... WOW!!

Im not trying to be offensive but, it really looks like you just took someone else pony body vector and add the mane on it.

 

But if not, it's pretty nice. One criticism though, the outline colour doesn't look very different from the fills itself.
