Anypony else have static pony rankings?

I wasn't exactly sure how to title this thread, so I apologize if you found it confusing.

 

Anyways, this has always been how I've ranked the mane 6:

 

1. Fluttershy

2. Pinkie Pie

3. Twilight Sparkle

4. Rainbow Dash

5. Rarity

6. Applejack

 

This has never changed for me. It has always been in this order. So I have a question:

 

Is anypony else like this? Have you chosen your favorite ponies without ever changing your mind? I was just wondering, because I always hear people talk about changing their favorite ponies, and for some reason, my opinions have always stayed the same. Obviously, it's not a bad thing if you always switch around your favorite ponies, but I was just wondering if anyone else was like me.

For the most part, yes. I've had one or two changes in placement, but overall, my list is very much permanent.

 

Dashie > AJ > Twilight > Pinkie > Rarity > Fluttershy

 

Fluttershy and Rarity switched a few weeks ago, and AJ switched with Twi months ago. Those are the only changes ^^

If my favourites list ever changes, it's often due to either retrospect or the release of a new episode. A key example is after I watched Putting Your Hoof Down for the first time - Fluttershy went from my least favourite to my joint third favourite.

 

For the most part of a year, though, it's been the following.

 

1) Pinkie Pie

2) Rainbow Dash

3=) Applejack

3=) Fluttershy

5) Twilight Sparkle

6) Rarity

But I do have a special place for the side-characters in the show.

I like every single one of the mane 6, I never saw any reason to hate any of them. Rainbow Dash is my #1 favorite of course, but the others, i pretty much like equally, although I guess Fluttershy and Pinkie are lower than Twilight, AJ, and Rarity.

My list has changed a little bit: namely with the rise of Rarity and the fall of Twilight Sparkle last year. xD

 

1. Rainbow Dash (favorite from the beginning)

2. Rarity (came up all the way from last place)

3. Pinkie Pie

4. Applejack

5. Twilight Sparkle (used to be 3rd)

6. Fluttershy (dropped to last when Rarity moved up)

 

My ranking has stayed the same since December.

I don't really have a coherent ranking, though Fluttershy has always been my favorite.  After that, it's just the other five, and that's sort of how it's always been.  There was a time when Rarity was slightly lower then all of the others, but she moved up after 'Suited For Success' (an episode which I initially thought would be eye-gougingly awful (this was based solely on the title and what I thought the episode would be about), but I actually ended up enjoying quite a bit).

Applejack has always been my #1. Fluttershy used to be my #2, but at some point I started liking Dash better.

Twi, Fluttershy, Rarity and Pinkie are all on the 3rd place because I can't decide.

No, I've never ranked them, though Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy have always been closer to my heart than the other three. Twilight and Fluttershy, because I can relate to them, and Pinkie Pie because... well, what's not to love about her? But except that, I pretty much love all of them just as much.

No my list has changed a few times what has remained constantly though is Applejack has always been at the top of my list and Rarity has always been at the bottom.

Rainbow Dash used to be number one on my list and the order for the remaining five was somewhat different.  But ever since I joined the forum last fall, it has been largely fixed in this order:

 

1.  Fluttershy

2.  Rainbow Dash

3.  Applejack

4.  Twilight

5.  Rarity

6.  Pinkie Pie

 

And I need to state, for the record, that I care about Pinkie Pie nearly as much as anybody else.  It's just an inevitable result of the process of elimination.  She's just so crazy and outgoing I have a hard time relating to her.  But I do have plans for her in an upcoming thread or blog which will illustrate, convincingly, that she does mean a lot to me.

No, I change my favorite pony as often as Mitt Romney changes his opinions. I've changed my favorite mane six twice this year. The only thing I'm consistent in is the belief that Celestia is the absolute BEST pony of all.

Yeah. When I first started watching the show I hopped on the Dash bandwagon for lack of having strong feelings to any of them. After a short bit, though, it solidified into this:

...yeah, I really don't like any of the others. I liked S1 Twilight but S2 and S3 kinda wrecked her for me.

 

If I was to make a list of favourite ponies it would be:

I've never actually posted a list ever so I might as well now.  For the most part my list has never changed throughout the show.  They only major change is that I stopped hating Rarity so she moved up, that's about it.  For the record I love them all I just love some more.

A long time ago I promised myself I wouldn't get involved in this Pony ranking thing, but after a while I caved and did it.

 

- AJ

Although this by no means I hate Rainbow Dash and believe AJ is the supreme overlord of awesome (maybe) in the mane 6. I like them all pretty much equally (especially the top 3).

But after watching the programme for a good 7 months now, and of course coming to know the characters more over time, it has become:

Other than Apple and Twi becoming an equal third for me, I also notice one distinct change in particular there.

 

And as for Pinkie, oh I’m sorry little pink pony, please forgive me.

It's not I don't like her, I like all the Mane6, it's just I don't quite enjoy her character as much as the others. Not to say she isn't entertaining of course, of which she very much is, and can be downright endearingly hilarious, but I suppose the way I'd put it is I just don't connect with Pinkie like the others. "Is um... is that okay?"

I pretty much never changed my mind, except from Pinkie Pie in third and Rainbow Dash in second to tied for second. Even so, I have no reason for changing my mind.
