Hello again fellow Bronies, 

 

I have put a cover of Friendship is Witchcrafts The Gypsy Bard up on Youtube which will hopefully make it easier to view, leave feedback on or whatever. I'd really like to hear what other fans of the show think of this. 

 

This is an acoustic version of the song based on the extended cut posted by Ak399g, 

 

I hope you guys like it, if you do I plan on making more MLP based music. I write a lot as it is, but if you guys like this kind of stuff let me know and I'll make more.

i like it but it sounds country and i don't usually like country your voice is fun to imitate as well but thats just me oh that end part was cool as well.

Ha I actually hate country! That's just how the vocals turned out. I'm stoked you liked it man, I know there's probably a ton of covers of this song out there so I tried to make mine pretty different from the original. 

 

I liked your rap by the way, what kind of DAW are you using?

i use fruity loops my man it is the hiphop daw of joy, lol its so fast i can go through samples pretty quick  i can mix easy on it i just love it lol.

Man, I'm still with GarageBand cause all my stuff's analog anyway, I'm thinking of upgrading to ableton or something cause I'm starting to want to build my own beats so I can do some more metal stuff w/ a drum kit and all that. How is fruity loops for sound manipulation and laying down drum tracks and basslines?

Lol I wasn't dissin garageband, its a powerful little sob. I just think I coulda done this thing a lot faster with an upgrade. And garageband can't do synth tracks on its own worth crap as far as i can tell.
