[Preeminent Pisces 100]

This has all the basic rules of rps blah blah blah. keep it PG with romance and similar subjects. I worked hard to plan this rp mentally and I would prefer it no to be ruined. I would also prefer the mane 6 not to be included, but its alright if they are. Background ponies are fine, but please use an OC. I have two in this (Splash Paint and Quinky Bolts) which you can find in the character database but my computer won't let me link them so if you want a pic, please look them up on the forums btw: each pony has to find the Elements and all the Elements have been claimed already. Please don't try to take an Element. I will PM you about it.

 

 

Celestia still reigns alongside Luna. The Elements of Harmony are in line to be passed to the next users. Nopony knows who it'll be, not even Celestia. She has arranged so that everypony who wants a chance at the Elements would come to the castle and try them each on. A bright flash of light would signify that the pony wearing the element would be the next user. Years flashed by. Nopony matched the Elements. Celestia grew desperate after 2000 years and even let the changelings try the Elements. None of them worked. In the middle of the night, a group of changelings stole away the Elements and hid them around Equestria. Celestia arranged many scouts and professionals to find the Elements, but none could. Queen Crysallis attacked and overthrew Celestia and Luna. They were confined to the sun and the moon. Now, many years have gone. Even the changelings forgot where they hid the Elements. Most ponies lost hope and forgot about the Elements. Most of the ponies grew up not even knowing what the Elements were. Everypony tried to get on the Queens good side so she wouldn't hurt them. They had to pretend to be a dignified pony in front of her and then a commoner everywhere else(Note the title). This is the story of the ponies who found the Elements.

 

Splash Paint prattled on and on to Quinky Bolts about the upcoming gala and what she should wear. They strolled freely through the Everfree forest protected by Quinky's electric field.

"I just don't know if that dress'll look good on me. It matches my color schemes, but i just don't know. It's missing something. Anyway, if Queen Crysallis doesn't like it, she won't pick me as her next right hand pony. If you don't want to feel her wrath, you'd do the same. Anyway...." Splash droned on and on.

Quinky sighed. His life used to be totally awesome, but now it was drab and dull. He walked on until he tripped over a jagged rock and got his head stuck in a hollow hole in a tree. To make things worse, it started to rain. The tree turned out to be completely hollow and the rain splattered down onto him.

"Oh my gosh! Are you okay?" Splash giggled.

"Maybe. My head throbs and I fear that this tree will fill up with water," Quinky explained. He glanced down and found out that the tree wasn't nearly as hollow as he thought. 1/4 the tree was filled with dirt.

Great, he thought. Now I'll drown faster. The rain poured down and began to uncover a hidden piece of metal beneath the dirt. Quinky squeezed his hoof in and dug around. The object appeared to be a golden band of some sort. He fished it out. A red lightning bolt adorned its center. He held it in his hoof for a moment before a bright flash shot out from the bolt and the jewel turned a pretty shade of green just like the bolt on his cutie mark.

"Quinky? You probably shouldn't try to climb in...and we should probably head home..." Splash muttered.

Quinky's electric field had disappeared when he tripped and intimidating eyes filled the nearby bushes. Splash screamed as a timber wolf dropped out of a tree in front of her. She turned and ran around a rock only to find herself cornered by timber wolves. Quinky managed to pull his head out and noticed Splash's predicament. He could either save her or he could run and save himself. He made up his mind and put the strange metal band around his neck (he had no pockets) and charged to save Splash. As he approached, the jewel on his necklace lit up and fired a rich emerald beam that destroyed the timber wolves. Quinky stopped and dropped his jaw. Did I just do that?

"Quinky? What just happened?" Splash asked. "You saved me!" she threw her arms around his neck and hugged him tightly. "Where'd you get that necklace? It looks cool!"

Emerald had not been invited to the Queen's dance.

 

For once she felt lucky. She wouldn't have to sit next to the hors d'oeuvres and pretend like she didn't hear the snarky comments.

 

She suddenly jerked her head up, and saw a green flash of light. Emerald adjusted the gold band around her neck and ran into the forest

 

to see what the commotion was.

Quinky adjusted the golden band around his neck. He pulled away from Splash's embrace and poked at the jeweled.

"Where'd ya get that?" Splash asked.

"I found it buried in some dirt in the hollow of that tree," Quinky pointed at the tree.

"I want one!" Splash exclaimed and jumped headfirst into the tree. She dug and dug and dug up all the dirt inside the tree. There was only dirt.

"Awwwwww..." Splash muttered.

"Here. You can have mine," Quinky offered her the necklace. Splash accepted the necklace. As soon as it left Quinky's hoof, it lost its glimmer and the jewel changed red again.

"Did you see that? I think it's meant for you," She handed Quinky the band.

He put it back on. It returned to its former glory. The gem turned emerald again.

She saw the two ponies talking and, being herself she didn't want to intrude on their conversation so Emerald quietly waited until they

 

were done and she was noticed. She scraped the ground with her hoof, which made her mane fall in her face. Emerald blew it out of the

 

way and looked at them, her grey eyes sparkled.

Quinky noticed another pony nearby.

"Um, hello there. Are you lost? If so..hey, where'd ya get that necklace? Is this one yours too?" Quinky asked Emerald.

Splash made a face. She elbowed Quinky in the ribs. He wheezed.

"She'll think you stole it!" Splash whispered harshly to Quinky.

"Uhm....no...I saw a bright light and was just...I was just checking if anypony was hurt." Emerald glanced behind her. "I..I found it buried in some dirt under the ground. Wha...what about yours where did you get yours?" Emerald's voice was small. She hoped she had not asked to much.

Clover was sitting at her house, an open book in front of her. She was thinking, trying to cudgel her brain into coming up with a brand new spell but nothing was happening. Frustrated, Clover slammed the book shut. Perhaps a walk would be a good idea. She left her house, locking the door carefully behind her and trotted down the high street. Eventually, she left the town behind her and came to the fields. Clover looked about her as she walked, seeking inspiration. Suddenly, she stopped short. A brief glimmer had caught her eye, up a nearby cherry tree.The unicorn stood underneath, looking up into the branches. Something hung off the branch but she couldn't see it very clearly from where she stood.

 

Clover immediately cast a levitation spell; it was in fact the first spell she'd ever invented, and she rose up til she was level with the mysterious object. Her eyes widened. It was a gold tiara with a pale purple star held on the top, and it looked valuable. Carefully, Clover stood herself in the cleft of the tree and used the levitation spell to lift the tiara off the branch and bring it to her. She hooked it on a foreleg as she lowered herself to the ground. As soon as she reached the ground, she glanced at it again, and gasped. The star had changed colour, to the bright pink of her cutie mark. What could this tiara be? She instinctively guessed it was meant for her, whatever it was.

Well, this so called nice little walk went terrible! Absolutly terrible! Ace thought as the one thought came to mind while he was in the Everfree...he was lost. "Why not! Me being lost in the Everyfree with cretures waiting to attack me...like in one of my books." Ace said as he looked around, something caught his eye as he thought he saw a gleam. Looking over he saw that it came from cracks in a huge rock, he walked over to see what it was and saw a strange object.

It was A neckless most of it was gold exept for the blue ballon that hanged in the center. "Hellooo. What have we here?" Ace reached his hoof down and was able to dislodge it from the rocks. Once he got a good look at it the blue turned to a light brown that matched his cutie mark. "Whoa, that's strange I wonder what this is? Oh well! I'm sure no harm will happen!" And with that Ace put the neckless on with a smile.

She glanced down at the necklace that was hooked around her neck.

 

When she had found it-the butterfly in the center had turned from pale pink to a dark purple.

 

She had not taken it off her neck since she found it. Somehow Emerald fealt it was meant for her.

Clover carefully used her unicorn magic to put the tiara on her head. It fitted perfectly, as tho it had been made for her. She walked on, carefully, seeing the dark mass which was the Everfree Forest ahead of her. Were there other ponies in there perhaps? If so, they might need her help.

Emerald looked around the forest. She covered her eyes, and shivered. The Everfree Forest was noplace for a scardey pony like her.

 

She tried not to think of what nasty things might possibly be out here, and continued cowering. Emerald's mane flowed gently against her muzzle.

Quinky suddenly felt a pull. He followed it after excusing himself. He felt compelled to run into somepony's yard where a unicorn magically lifted a stunning tiara off of a tree and onto her head. The tiara flashed like his necklace had and it matched her colors. Emerald followed as if she had felt the pull as well.

"What a second, I think I remember a rhyme about this...let me think...all I can remember is that there's three more necklaces like ours somewhere. By the way, I'm Quinky Bolts. I just found this in a tree. Um, it was also buried. What's ya'lls names?" Quinky asked. The rhyme suddenly came to him. His eyes glowed briefly as he recited the word.

"Six will come, six will find

Elements of peace, to undo and rewind.

The queen shall rule for far too long.

but six will go where they belong

to stop her evil power's hold

and gain a new ruler, whom all behold." Quinky said in a strange voice.

"I'm...Emerald. It's nice to meet you all."

 

Emerald stared at Quinky throughoutly as he spoke.

 

"Excuse me Quinky, but what does all that mean?" Her brows were fixed into a confused expression.

 

Yet some part in her mind somehow remembered this from long ago.

 

Emerald looked over at the unicorn with the tiara on, and stutteted to introduce herself.

Ace followed a sudden pull he got from his necklece when he heard the strange voice. "Wha? Who's there?" Ace looked around to find the sorce but found nothing. Strange I fell like I should remeber that but...I'm sure I never heard that poem before. Ace was so cught in thought that he didn't notice the 3 ponies with the same neckleces.

Quinky's mind reeled.

"I think....I think that...we're meant to know each other. I feel as if I know ya'll from somewhere...I also feel a link towards all of you. Oh, hello there. Wait, there's two more pulls coming from somewhere. But why to you?" Quinky squinted. He pointed at Clover's tiara.

"That...that looks so familiar. I need to think back to magical artifact training. What is it???"

Suddenly, it hit him.

"THE ELEMENTS OF HARMONY! Oh, why didn't I think of them before! You're magic, you're kindness, you're laughter, and I'm loyalty!" Quinky shouted.

"But where's honesty and generosity?"

Emerald looked at the ponies who all wore expressions of shock on their faces. Emerald just burst into tears.

 

She couldn't be one of the elements, how was this even possible?

 

The thought scared her. She wondered how her Aunt would react to her new position as element of kindness.

"Hi, I'm Clover," Clover said, introducing herself to the strange ponies. When the Elements of Harmony were mentioned, she was stunned but somehow, it made sense.

 

"I have a book back at home which mentions the Elements!" Clover exclaimed. "But I thought it was just an old mare's tale!"

Delia walked along the the path to the Crystal Empire. She had not heard of any pony gatherings since she was busy traveling. As she came closer to the Empire she noticed a piece of jewelry in the snow. Delia went to pick it up to inspect it further when a bright light shined in her eyes.

  When the brightness died down she could see that it was in the same form as her cutie mark. Could this be part of the fabled Elements of Harmony? She thought to herself.

"There there." Quinky patted Emerald's mane. "What's wrong?"

Suddenly, Splash came fuming out of the forest and marched right up to Quinky.

"Oh, I see how it is. You go running off so you can have all the fun without me. By the way, what's with the matching necklaces and crown?"

Quinky felt the tug get more distinct. He tried to resist the pull, but it dragged him without moving his hooves.

"Um, help?" he begged.

"What's the matter?" Clover asked Quinky, somewhat concerned cuz of the strained look in his eyes. She thought fast; if these were indeed the Elements of Harmony, then they would have to find the others as soon as they could and after that, keep together.

Quinky kicked up his hooves and he went shooting away until he barreled into a tree.

"Somepony stop this magical whatnot! I'm too young to die! I don't want to get eaten by Changelings!" he moaned. "I'm not going!" he clawed at his surroundings in attempt to stop himself.

"Why isn't anypony else being dragged?"

Delia wandered around for a bit until she decided to make her way her way towards Ponyville. If I remember correctly, they came from that place...i think. She thought. She decided to take a train since it would be more convenient for her. Delia then got on the train leaving for Canterlot and meditated on the past events.

Clover felt a drag at her own body; rather than resist tho, she yielded. "Come on, don't be afraid," she said as she followed the pull. "Maybe it'll lead to somepony who can help us. There's no need to be frightened; it can only be good, I promise."

 

And if it isn't, she thought grimly, At least I have the magic to ensure that we'll be safe.

Ace patted the back of Emerald "common turn that frown upside down, I see no reason to be scared we made teh discovery of a life time! Lead teh way necklec!" Ace yelled getting in a pose as his necklec was pulling him along side Quinky. "Adventure awaits!"

Ramona was in her house, sipping pony wine, she heard a changeling screech, and covered her ears, "Oh, what terrible thing could be making that awful noise to my eaaarsss?" Ramona whined. Ramona had been facing these changelings for years now, but she was really starting to lose it on these changelings and just flat out attack.
