She walked over to Ramona and comforted her.

"Don't worry Ramona, we now have all the elements of harmony together,

but I think your partially right. There has to be some conflict happening right now, and the queen isn't attacking us. But that will be a problem."

Ramona felt a bit better, she found out that, her element wouldn't react, just yet though, so, that doesn't mean it'll ever react.

 

 

 

"Yes, I'll take note of ya'lls colors and Elemental colors and make sure they match," Splash mumbled as she scribbled notes on the paper. "I should have them ready by the Ball, which is in five days, FYI."

Quinky nodded.

"I should be heading home. Meet ya'll in the park first thing in the morning?" he asked.

Ramona nodded, "Of course, and I should get home, I still have to tell my brother something. Anyhoo, see you theeeeeere!" Ramona said, singsongily at the last three words, and flew back to her house.

Delia smiled at Quinky and Splash. "Do not rush yourself with those dresses.I shall see you all tomorrow. Rest well my new found friends." Delia said as the two walked away.

Delia turned and approached Ace. "Just to double check with you, I am allowed here for the night? If this is correct may i ask where i am to sleep?" Delia said while being as respectful as possible.

She waved goodbye to all her friends, and headed back to her own home. Which was  nothing special, really. It was just a small house in the near end of Ponyville. When she entered the house, she hugged her Aunt Redheart and told her about her day, who seemed naturally pleased-surprised at places, but mostly pleased.

Delia smiled at Quinky and Splash. "Do not rush yourself with those dresses.I shall see you all tomorrow. Rest well my new found friends." Delia said as the two walked away.

"Well, your be sleeping on my bed, I'm sleeping on the couch." Ace said before Delia can respon Ace interrupted her. "Now before you saw anything I'm letting you know I do that with all of my guest, and there's no need to repay me, just be careful while toe inside and everything shall be good."

Delia was conflicted by Ace's statement. On one hoof she didnt want to offend him by speaking arguing, on the other she felt it necessary to show him gratitude in some way. She thought for a while and decided to be true with herself. "Ace, my people repay the kindness of friends and stranger's alike. I will repay you; if not now then sometime in the future." She said as she bowed her head once more.

Clover saw everypony out of her house, then put her Element away carefully before going to bed. She felt very excited about what was to come and felt that she couldn't wait to see all the Elements in action. She took the book with her to read before she went to sleep.

Splash clambered into bed. After dealing with the Elements, a changeling, and a very long day, she was exhausted. She fell asleep quickly and dreampt of success.

 

Meanwhile, Quinky flew home after bidding farewell to his friends. His lab was quiet except for the bubbling of the Bunsen burners. He unplugged them and left for his room. He switched on his alarm clock and fell asleep on his yoga mat. As he dozed off he wondered which animal he should pick.

Ace opened the door to his house and turned the light on. "Welcome to my humble home, please

make your self comfortable." Ace said walking over to a closet and setting a blanket and pillow on the couch then turned to Delia. "My room where your sleeping is to the left if you need anything don't hesitate to ask."

Delia trotted in Ace's home making sure she didn't track anything in his house. "Your room? But...it's your room not mine. You don't need to go to such lengths for me." She said remembering Ace's previous statement. "You know if you really insist then who am I to refuse?"

Clover read a passage in the book which made her think. She went back and read it again. It stated that the Element of Magic would eventually become an alicorn. Clover hoped that "eventually" didn't mean "straight away" as she didn't feel that she was ready to take such a huge step.

Emerald fell asleep on the floor. She was tired from her long day and had just fell asleep. When her Aunt had found her, she didn't even feel a thing when her Aunt moved her onto her bed and 'awwed' with pleasure so loud you could have woken the nabors. Emerald didn't wake, she was dreaming pleasant dreams about how her first dance was going to be.

Quinky awoke to the bright sun glistening down thrpugh his window...and his blaring alarm clock. He climbed out of bed (or rolled), gulped down breskfast, fixed his mane, and headed down to his front lawn. He stretched, preparing for his flight to meet the others.

 

Meamwhile, Splash, too, was preparing to leave. She had just sent another changeling off. She adjusted her scarf and headed out.

Clover awoke early in preparation for the meeting. She gathered together everything she thought she'd need, packing it carefully in two saddlebags, then set off after locking her door. Clover felt like a walk so prefered to do so rather than simply teleport to the meeting place.

Emerald awoke to the sound of her Aunt calling her name. She quickly stuffed a few neccesities inti her saddlebags, and put her element on her neck. Emerald headed out the door, on her way grabbing some french toast that her Aunt had made for her and ran out the front door to the meeting spot they had scheduled.

Splash arrived at the park before anypony else. She had given her list to a messenger to give to her friend who'd design the outfits and she already had the designs back.

"These costumes are great!" she said to herself. "I just need Quinky's, I think."

Quinky arrived just then. His green Element glittered in the sunlight.

"Quinky, what'll you be for the Ball?" she asked him.

He grinned and said, "I'd like to be a fox. I like the idea because it'll go to show how we outsmarted the Queen."

"Of course! You could match Storm Cloud! Did you bring your Element? We're still missing the wielder of Devotion..." Splash replied. She wrote down the changes. Quinky was messing around with his Element until it shocked him. He shoved his burnt hoof into his mouth, clearly embarrassed at his foolhardy attempt. And so Splash, Emerald, and shocked Quinky waited patiently for the others.

Clover arrived next, wearing her tiara jauntily on her head. "I'm here!" she called out to the other ponies. "I've got cupcakes, if anypony is hungry or missed out on breakfast. It's so exciting to finally be working towards doing something about the oppression, isn't it?"

Emerald's stomach growled. She had, indeed skipped breakfast and had not realized until now. So when Clover mentioned cupcakes, her stomach groweled louder than ever. Emerald clasped her hooves around it, looking up at the two, her  cheeks blushes a slight rose color.

Clover shared out the cupcakes she'd brought. "I got them from Sugarcube Corner," she said. "I always think that it's worth making a special trip to Ponyville to get the cupcakes there."

 

She took a bite out of her own cupcake and settled down to wait for the others.

"Can I have one?" Quinky rudely asked.

"Quinky!" Splash elbowed him.

"What? I'm hungry again!" Quinky whined.

"But you just ate!" Splash scolded.

"Well, not really.."Quinky mumbled.

"But it isn't polite!" Splash retorted. "And besides, you're allergic to dairy!"

"Am not! That's my sister!"

"Of course you can," Clover replied, handing both Quinky and Splash a cupcake. "I made sure to bring plenty. I'm really looking forward to the party now; I never went to one before. I think that's cuz I'm more of a studious type so I probably wouldn't be seen as interesting enough by the Queen."

Ace open one eye sleeply, he had a good night sleep last night even though you would think after all the exetment he looked over at the clock to see he was an hour late. "Oh were an hour late...that's nice" Ace closed his eyes and fell to peaceful sleep....

 

AN HOUR LATE?!?!?!?!?!

 

Ace shot open his eyes and fell off the couch knocking a stack of books over. "AGH, an hour late?! Delia, Delia! Wake up! Were late to meet the others!" Ace grabbed his element, glasses and shot out the door heading for Clover's house.

Splash and Quinky accepted the cupcakes. Quinky scarfed the tasty treat while Splash, on the other hand (or hoof), politely nibbled hers.

"You are so not going to fit in!" Splash retorted to Quinky.

Then, to Clover, "I'm excited, too. Not my first Ball, but it's normally tons of fun. Except this time, we'll be the party poopers."

Delia woke up on the spot. "Oh no!" She shouted as she grabbed her possessions, including her element, and followed behind. She galloped as fast as she could, following Ace. Delia was feeling shameful that she was going to show up late. "I hope the leader won't be mad at us." She said as she neared a house

Ace bursted though the door, Delia followed. "Sorry! *gasp* we overslept *gasp* oh I'm out of breath...just let me catch my breath for a second." Ac walked over to one of the chairs and relaxed catching his breath from the "morning" excitement. "So, what have we missed so far?"
