It sounds flipping awful. Like, ratta-tat-tat really fast I guess? I don't know how to describe.

I'm pretty sure its in 4/4, just the video is weird and doesn't transition to the next tempo properly. It switches really oddly, throwing off most counting.

Whoa, whoa. I just realised... Spike only turned 1 not that long ago...

And he was hatched when Twalot was still a filly... but twalot has gotten a lot older and bigger since then... how is Spike still only one year old?

Well, I guess Tia took him back until she was old enough then. Or he might have been a household pet for Twilight's family of which she became the full caretaker of once she reached the proper age.
