It doesn't actually revive that well. I tried and it lasted a short time. Even then, its not exactly much discussion going on so there isn't any real way to keep any conversation about her or anything going. Thus, causing it to drop down again.

He just means don't spam with no intention of sticking around. You stick around even if it is just a little bit. The other(s) reached a point and just left. They may be back they may not. They reached a milestone and just deserted it while the regulars in here worked our way there ony to have it stolen, broken, given back, stolen again and run over. Then picked up from the street and given back once more with a "HUHUHUHUHUHUH SWAG" after it.
