Diamond walked onto the train...and like the other members of the group, she walked over to a small bench where no pony sat. She sat down and glared out the window. *This is terrible...I hate this.* She thought, staring out at the coal here and there around the track.

Draco walked in with the family and Delia slowly. then he sat them down away from Dimitri. But one of the fillies walked up to him and said "Hi I'm Amelia how are you?"  Draco chuckle as he watched the little filly. He watched like a hawk as he sat down next to Diamond. He gently laid his wing onto her back.

Diamond chose to ignore Draco...not that she wasn't happy he was there, she just had nothing to say. She felt like crying again but she knew that that wouldn't do any good. So she just sat there, glaring out the window, thinking about her tea shop and how life would probably have been better if she had let somepony else take her job.

"You're sad about leaving aren't you? I'm here to talk if you want to," Draco said nuzzling Diamond gently. A shoulder to cry on. The same with Delia she and I love you Diamond remember that. You helped me once remember?" Draco asked at the end with a whisper into her ear.

Diamond shook her head. "Its not leaving. I am okay with that. Its...everything else." She said, letting out an exasperated sigh before resting her head on Draco's shoulder, staring across the carriage out the opposite window. "How could he think that's good ? I hate going on about it...but seriously ? Stealing somepony's magic ? That's downright evil." She said.

Acheron stared blankly at the book for what seemed like an eternity.

"I have much knowledge already. Blood Magic, Dark Magic, Subjugation, even the ancient secrets of Apophis, Primordial Chaos itself... With the knowledge I have, and the knowledge and power I will gain during and after this journey, these secrets pale in comparison..."

 

Acheron grabbed the tome and teleported away from the train, into a far off area where he could have more solitude and space. He held the book in front of him and let it hang magically in the air as several blazing red hieroglyphs formed around him and the book. Soon enough Acheron's body burned with the ancient chaotic energy and began to burn away the book.

 

"Not for a reward or acceptance, but so that something greater may be achieved and others spared from whatever dreadful fate this deranged cult has in store..."

 

The book burned fires mixed with dark, red, and purple energy as Acheron destroyed it, and because of the tether he had set between it and the knowledge of it in his head, Acheron removed his understanding of the magic along with it. A few seconds later after the red blast subsided, Acheron stared silently at the empty, charred spot of land.

"It is done, let this sacrifice of mine serve to destroy our petty squabbles and finally allow all of us to reconcile and work together, and may it also grant me greater wisdom than what I thought I had before..."

 

Acheron teleported closer to the train station but was still a bit far off. This was intentional, as Acheron wanted to think on his way back.

Draco sighed "Remember the verse of Loveless I recited to you. I thought it suited you.

Diamond gave Draco a tight hug. "You're too kind Draco. But trust me, if anypony is unworthy of anything...its me. Everypony I have met thinks I am a proper lady born and raised in Canerlot...I am not that great. I try not to be hateful, I try not to hold grudges...yet I still do." She said.

"Look me in the eyes Diamond," Draco said as he kissed her deeply and passionately. He then held her close to him as he kissed her. "Hmm you taste of tea and cigarettes. Not a bad taste if you don't mind me saying," he whispered into her ear gently. He enjoyed the embrace.

Although Acheron had always dreaded the thought of sacrificing what he had learned, he surprisingly felt good about having sacrificed the knowledge he had of Diamond's magic.

"Interesting, I have learned the secrets of many and have not once felt bad about it. But this was different somehow. Whatever the case may be, I feel somewhat lighter."

Acheron continued to think about his actions until he was finally back at the train. The pony in front gave a confused look as he saw Acheron approach.

"Didn't you just... nevermind," he said quickly as Acheron gave him a look that said not to question. He walked inside and past the others until he was finally at his locked door. He turned to shadow and entered the lonely cabin once more.

Delia stood silent as emotions flowed throughout her. On one hoof, she was mad and annoyed that the two stallions showed their face around the group. She did not care what they went through. She felt like they did not handle the situations they were put in adequately;that she could have done better. Delia also was torn between Draco and Diamond. She began to get a slight headache.

 

Delia trotted in the train car and made an effort to sit as far aways as possible from the ponies who she regretfully knew. I just need to do some heavy meditation...possibly through the whole train ride. Delia thought to herself as she sat down and crossed her hind legs. Out of the corner of her eye, Delia spotted Draco kissing Diamond. Jealousy and anger overwhelmed her as she tensed up every muscle in her body. She quickly relaxed and let out a deep breath. She then closed her eyes and sang a song to herself in her native dialect.

Draco smiled as he looked to Delia "Delia come over here I want to talk to you for a moment milady," Draco said as he called her over. He saw she looked alittle mad so he wanted to do the same for her as he did for Diamond. He smiled mischievously at her as he put his fedora over his silver eyes.

Delia's meditation was interrupted by Draco's beckoning of her. She opened her eyes and looked at Draco with annoyance in her face."Hakuna,Jitengeni nami!" Delia said in her own dialect knowing Draco would understand. She didn't want Diamond to see her showing her feelings through her words.

"Are you jealous my dear zebra goddess? Don't be I don't deserve you both. I feel like a lowly mortal amongst two goddesses," Draco said back to her. in her native tongue Well she was being stubborn if that's how she wants it. He got up and began to walk towards her slowly. He held a gleam in his eyes that as he got near her he said " But let me tell you something my dear. you and her give me a reason to fight and survive,"

Delia said in her native language. She closed her eyes and grabbed Draco's head. "It is good that we do.I actually never had somepony fight for me." Delia's annoyance quickly subsided.

Draco chuckle "alright then" he said in her native tongue then kissed her passionately. "I know your proud of what your people are but sometimes the way they do things harm you more than good. I don't want you hurt my zebra goddess," he said softly into her ear.

Diamond...was flattered that Draco would think of kissing her, but she didn't really enjoy it considering Delia had just sat down across from them.
She listened too Draco and Delia speaking in some odd language then watched them kiss. *Um...this is strange.* She thought, slightly annoyed...she didn't need more drama so she stood up. "I'm going to grab some water." She said, turning around and making her way towards the tiny bar in the other train car.

Delia sighed once more. "You show care for me, but i have to say my people do the things they do in order to teach us to be strong. Both physically and mentally." She said as she glanced outside."So, How much longer do we have until we have reached our destination?"

You bottle your emotions up and end up causing your body damage," Draco said then looked out the window and said "Two hours at most. Aye to  "To be strong is good and all but tell me then have you cried before?" "Crying isn't a sign of weakness but shows that your able to show your pain,"

Delia continued speaking in her native tongue. "Draco, my people are not as sheltered as the rest of the world. We show any sign of weakness and rivaling tribes will be right on us. I can't really remember the last time I cried. I try to keep my tears hidden from the world." Delia said as she switched her hind legs around. "The only way i can show pain without seeming weak is to bleed." She said as she saw Diamond leave.

"I know. Hmm want to move in with me when this is all over Delia? Diamond can move in too if she wants to. I don't want you hurt," he said as he caressed her cheek with his wing. "I know you can't show emotions but your not near your people now are you my dear?" Draco said "I show emotions even if I'm the leader because an emotionless leader can become a dictator,"

Upon hearing these words, Delia began bleed a small amount from her nose. "It would seem the weather is finally getting to me." She said as she took a deep breath and exhaled to clear her mind. "It's not as simple as that Draco. I was born into thinking and acting this, and i can not be changed so easily. The leader of my tribe is emotionless. Does that make him a dictator?" Delia said with some annoyance in her voice. My leader at the tribe is emotionless and strict, but he does it for the people. She thought

"I'm going to see what's wrong with Diamond alright she is in a rough spot. Why not come with me you might be able to help her better than I can," Draco said "I mean you both mares so I think it'll be easier for her to talk to you. I'm just saying,"

Delia slowly began to trot to where she saw Diamond go. Diamond needs another mare to talk to instead of a stallion.especially one thats so fixated on our flanks. She thought as she held her tail close to her

Draco rolled his eyes and said "don't alright that was a mask I put on just so mares don't get to know me," he looked at Delia. " I'll let you handle Diamond alright I'll teach this colt what it means to be a show pony," Draco said he shook his head. "Oh well love is such a strange thing you know,". He sighed as he walked to the little colt to teach him show pony ship. "Alright kid time for a lesson in being a show pony. Now follow my lead," He said. He began to tap his hoof into a beat. "After all kid you gotta do things your own way," Draco said as he began to sing.
