Zefira had to stop on the tree she landed on. She clung to it as she laughed until tears showed.

"No no no! Thats just hilarious!" She heard Acherons comment which only sent her into a deeper laughter.

"Oh lowdy lowdy lowdy you stallions are just too much for my gut to handle!"

Delia shook her head at the song.

You poor soul. She thought.

She figured Diamond had enough time to herself and decided to go looking for her. As she walked she heard sobbing but no pony in sight. It took her awhile, but she figured out the Diamond was in the skies.

Diamond didn't answer. She knew she should...but she just wanted to be left alone. Buuuut...Delia was her friend...maybe more than that.
She glanced over the edge of the cloud. "I'm here. Calm down." She said, standing up, spreading her wings and flying back down towards the ground.

With one of his wings he bent his feathers down slightly and one we left standing. Oh dear he's flipping the bird to Acheron He flew off the tree. "Go screw a goat you need to get laid anyway Acheron. I bet you would screw a book," Draco said with a laugh "And now I just had an awful image. damn it," he said to himself.

Acheron raised an eyebrow and chuckled at Draco's rude comments and gesture. He formed a small shadow claw and proceeded to slap Draco lightly across the face.

"A goat and a book? My my, Draco O'Malley you have one strange imagination..."

Acheron then manipulated a tree branch and used it to wrap around Draco's body.

"Wow that tree wants you," Acheron laughed.

"Okay, Okay, enough joking around let's find this drunken stallion and get a move on," Draco said slipping out of the tree. "I am really looking forward to seeing Avalon. my family have been looking for it ever since the fall of Camelot," he said as he took to the sky.

Acheron's expression suddenly becane serious. He nodded his head in agreement.

"You're right, let's get going... again. I sent out some of my wraiths to look for him, I think I have a pretty good lead," Acheron said as he began to trot quickly in their direction. He tugged at Draco and Zefira with his magic to goad them to move faster.

Dimitri stood up straight. He pushed his mane back, and straightened his beard. He stretched and several joints in his forearms cracked. "When will we be reunited my love...?" He whispered as the whites of his eyes turned into a deep purple. His pupils turned into a deep crimson, and the sand beneath him began to become hot, and charred. "Any harm to you...is harm to me. I will take any pain for you, and I will not let any obstruct me..."

"Hmm yeah follow after Acheron Zefira I'll follow from the sky. Word of warning Dimitri isn't the most stable right now because he's lost his wife. No she isn't dead just captured," He said using ventriloquism. He was so glad he took ventriloquism in the university.

Acheron slowed to a stop as he saw his three wraiths approach him with afar. They spoke in distorted voices, telling him that they had at last spotted the mad driven stallion, Dimitri.

"Excellent my pets..."

Acheron called to the other two.

"They've found him, follow me..."

Acheron walked to where his wraiths led him, and he saw Dimitri off in the distance. Acheron wondered if he should keep quiet or call out to him. Both, he thought, would produce equally bad results...

Delia was a little surprised at Diamonds sudden appearance. She had figured that Diamond was flying high up into the sky.

"Diamond, I know you don't like this situation. I can't relate either...but what i can do is offer a shoulder for support and and an ear when you need one." She said.

Delia wanted to say more to her, but she feared if she revealed the truths that her father had revealed to her she wouldnt get the meaning.

Zefira quickly picked on the groups vibe and switched to her full on serious mode.She moved faster than a pegasus could fly. Her steps were silent and she started to pull ahead of the group, but only slightly.

Is there more heat coming from this direction? She thought as she felt the temperature pick up.

Diamond nodded. "Thank you, Delia. I'm not leaving any time soon...I just...this isn't me, at all. And as much as I love helping you guys...I feel rather useless. That and I make tea for a living...not a very adventurous type." She said, giving Delia a weak smile. "Thank you..."

Dimitri looked up. At a considerable distance he spotted some characters moving around. He looked closer, and began to laugh. "Oh...looks like they came to the slaughter. No need to go looking for these fucking pigs now..." The voice growled inside Dimitri's mind. "Let them come to me....I will show them what real power is....show them how they fucking underestimated me...."  Dimitri's voice began to grow in intensity. "Let them fucking come....I will show them how much I need her..."

Acheron could feel the heat emanating from Dimitri. He drew closer to him, but was still far away. The unicorn called out to him.

"Dimitri, there is no more time to waste standing around in self-hatred. Return to us, and we will solve this matter out peacefully. Calm down, untempered rage won't help you get Fluttershy back!"

"Of course Acheron. This rag-tag group of 'friends' will help me for sure..." Dimitri yelled back. He began to trot closer to Acheron....the sand beneath his hooves began to turn to glass. "You will never understand the feelings I have for her. Never understand why I feel the way I do...she is my life, and nothing will stop me from getting to her." Dimitri stopped just a little far from Acheron.

 

"Show them who you are Dimitri...show that greedy fuck Acheron.." The voice trembled inside his head. "This team is 'amazing!' In fact let me point out your greatness Acheron. Your greedy and lustful feel of knowledge for instance. Would you take it from her? Would you take what she knows?" As Dimitri spoke grimly, his horn was revealed from under his mane. The purple from his eyes left and formed a haze that seemed to trail behind his eyes. The whites of his eyes were now a bright green with tinges of crimson within.

Acheron's horn glowed its dark green magic aura as his wraiths vanished. From the pool of darkness they left behind, two weapons rose up: a bludgeoning mace and a wicked sickle emanating shock and freezing energy.

"What has gotten in to you Dimitri? Is that what this is about, a paranoid assumption on what you think of me and the others?!"

"FUCKING ANSWER THE QUESTION ACHERON!" Dimitri yelled as he cringed and his knees bent. He readjusted himself and sighed. "Answer.....answer the question...would you take her knowledge? Would your greedy nature make you succumb? I know the answer. You would...you would, would you not?" Dimitri's eyes swirled with the green and crimson colors, and the glass underneath him, which used to be sand, began to melt.

Acheron felt the intense heat begin to affect him. It was near intolerable, so Acheron produced a mass of shadows to emanate extremely cold temperatures to resist the heat. Acheron thought of another way to deal with it, but he decided to reserve that thought for now.

"This is getting ridiculous Dimitri. Paranoia on your behalf is not helping any of us, understand?! What are you gaining from this at all?"

Dimitri gritted his teeth and yelled. "Answer the fucking question Acheron..." He began to slowly walk forward, and as he did the intense heat followed right along. The shadow barrier Acheron put up was beginning to waver from the heat. His jacket was starting to burn, and the leather started to warp and shrink. "Did you bring the others? Is that lustful whore Draco here too?!" Dimitri slammed his hoof onto the sand/melted glass and a fissure sprung up, slightly spitting out magma. The scars on his face started to become darker and seemed burned.

Zefira hid behind the trees. She looked on as Acheron talked to the pony she figured was Dimitri. She saw that he was upset but something about his angered state seemed off to her. She wanted to get closer to Dimitri and study him further but the heat was too much for her.

Is he a unicorn whose abilities are centered on heat or manipulation of the temperatures? She thought as she continued to watch Acheron interact with Dimitri.

Zefira then heard a loud thud against the ground. She peered her head and saw Dimitri walking forward.

"Exsqueeze me Dimitri jeez I've never done anything to you for you to call me that sheesh so nice," Draco said hovering in the air. He was being cautious. "What would Fluttershy think insulting your friends hmm?" "Would she like this side of you hell probably trying to kill us,"

"Step any closer Dimitri, take one more unhinged step and you will regret it," Acheron said as he crossed the mace and sickle, and simultaneously strengthened the cold barrier. Acheron sincerely hoped that Dimitri would soon see reason, because despite the intolerable heat, a certain power he had absorbed earlier in the journey was begging to come out and bask in it.

"Would I take your wife's knowledge? No, I wouldn't," Acheron said calmly. "Dimitri, you need to calm down. This very act is keeping you and the others from moving forward, don't you know that?"

Dimitri looked up at Draco. "Oh...there the slut is! Hey, I have not seen you for about thirty minutes....how many things did you fuck?" He laughed. "You think I would even let you near my wife, let alone speak her name, knowing that you are nothing but a lustful being? Think again." Dimitri hit the ground again, and from the fissure; a stream of magma shot up at Draco. Dimitri walked right through the magma as it streamed upwards. His jacket was completely burned off, and in its place appeared shining grey armor. "Oh your threats are feeble Acheron...I dare you to hit me. Go ahead. Make me hurt. I fucking love the feeling."

Diamond nodded. "Thank you, Delia." She said, shuffling her hooves. "I just...kinda wish I could do more...then just healing...or being here for moral support...which I am failing at." She sighed and just shook her head. "Forget it. Where's Draco? And Dimitri...and Acheron?" She asked.

Acheron saw what Dimitri had done, and this time was certain that there was no talking him out of his anger. The unicorn soon pieced together several ideas in his mind, a smirk growing on his face as he did so. He carefully began to study Dimitri as he began to slowly strafe around him.

"Your dares are just as weak, Dimitri. Nice fireworks though, I think I saw those at the circus once actually!"
