Mobile Task Force -

 

Mobile Task Forces (MTFs) are elite units comprised of personnel drawn from across the Foundation and are mobilized to deal with specific threats or situations that sometimes exceed the operational capacity or expertise of regular field personnel and — as their name suggests — may be relocated between facilities or locations as they are needed. Mobile Task Force personnel represent the "best of the best" of the Foundation.

SCP Readings -- Basically reading SCP articles

 

 

So I was reading up on a few more SCPs and one that stood out to me the most was 1548 (a pulsar with the intentions of destroying humanity). So many things are so wrong about this one that I had to point it out. By my calculations, given the speed at which it's heading towards us and the predicted impact time, this thing is 7,644,603 light years away. Note that humans didn't anatomically come into existence till about 200,000 years ago, our modern behaviour is only 50,000 years old, and Morse code (which it apparently used to send threatening messages) was only invented 178 years ago.

So I posted. I can't help but feel like I missed something (or really let that post be a disappointing one. At least I find it disappointing by the standards I feel I set for myself)

Plus, if I missed anything (which I really feel like I did) let me know and I'll try to fix it. I'll also try and be far more active from here on out. I haven't been fulfilling my duties as a dedicated roleplayer to this RP, and that is unacceptable.

Me again! Just posting this idea up whilst I think up a halfway decent post…

 

First, is Cat still in school? If so, which grade, or is she in college? Also, Cat could be a model for Rarity!

 

Anyway, I was thinking of starting the sequel three or four months after the end of this RP, as the Poinies wouldn't have to go too long without their love interests. I also wanted any school aged Pony Finder to still be in school when they get word of being able to go to Equestria. Also had the crazy notion of making them the first interdimensional "exchange students"-- which would be that much more of a blessing for the students who remained human! >:}

 

If not, they can always study via correspondence!

 

And feel free to use this idea for your Pony Finder (Or a certain Rainbow-Maned Pegasus):

 

Colette's popularity explodes on YouTube very shortly after it's made known that she's going to Equestria with the others. She'll continue to make videos that feature her singing and playing guitar, alongside vlogs featuring her taravels across the various locations the Pony Finders get to go to, as well as Jenna Marbles-style humor videos for special events like meeting the three other Princesses.

 

And if she successfully hides from the throngs of potential Humies, a chance to do a SCP Reading or play a horror game.

 

So, which Princess should "accidentally" find one of Colette's videos first?

Alright before I get to bed, I'm just gonna write this up quickly. I want 100% honest answers, as telling me that I'm doing well even if I'm not will only make me feel remorseful. And please be completely honest when I ask this- what do you guys think of me as a roleplayer? This roleplay has slowly damaged my confidence in my RPing ability, and therefore, my capabilities as an RPer. I feel like I am not very good at this, and I have been considering just quitting roleplays forever.

Like I said multiple times before: Jack's story is engaging and fascinating, your posts well written-- One problem. This RP wasn't meant to be solely a racing RP. It's up to you to tie Jack to the main story.

 

You had a chance to play AJ, but you hemmed and hahed over Jack, whom showed a glimmer of hope of being interested in the goings on the ponyfinders, but had him get into that serious accident - which I should've said no to, to be honest - or at least  made it so that he at least wasn't all that seriously injured, which would've given Jack another chance of interacting with the others.

 

You're the one who came up with the meteorite idea in the first place; I modified it to better suit the RP, so I thank you for that contribution! We really needed it! 

 

You had a racing RP, what happened to it? Why not pick up where you left off?
