Guys... i know this is somewhat irrelevant but i would like to take this chance to maybe jolt you guys back to life. Well... i kind of created a new OC Terra Lionheart and i added a detailed moveset to my Other OC Selune Darkeye. I would like opinions on both of them. Links in the signature.

Hey, haven't seen you post in a while -- Jack and company are on a plane heading to Wisconsin now.

 

Meanwhile, Pinkie Pie, and now Fluttershy are already at Colette's house, and Rainbow Dash took off on a fool's errand to find Fluttershy with a Brony that fell hard for her...

 

I'll also need everyone to play fans of Rainbow's show on Skpye and ask questions.

 I'm afraid that Queen Chrysalis isn't gonna remain silent to that. At least she WILL say something before she does give the phone to you. That doesn't mean of course you will know it's her... MWAHAHAHAAHAHAH!

"Slow down" is not a part of my vocabulary. "Speed up," however, is. l0l. In all seriousness, yeah, we can definitely slow it down a bit to help you get back into the swing of things. Basically, the group finished dinner and left California early because of Jack's IndyCar tire test, and due to Rainbow Dash's antics. Mostly due to Rainbow's antics, however. They are on the plane right now, watching Dashie's Skype show, while Twilight rages at Rainbow's antics.

Just so you know...none of your characters can actually see Rainbow Dash is on a plane.

 

She's not hosting her show. She's on a jet, on the phone with David, but that's it. 'The Dash' is on right now, but Colette, Pinkie Pie, Shawn and Fluttershy are actually the ones there, and Colette has to accept the Skype call to bring you up on the show.

I think I'm gonna have to drop out. The RP was fun and interesting while it lasted, and I wish I could see it through to the end, but after BronyCon, I'm having trouble getting back into it. Also, it's not like my character was that important, so I shouldn't be holding up the RP any, especially considering y'all were doing just fine without me, while I was away

As i might have mentioned i wonna see QC make her own debut on the Internet and mix stuff up. How does this sound? Also... without her they should think that the changelings are still a danger. Afterall a headless beast is sometimes more dangerous that one with a head.

I have a somewhat... dark headcanon for the changelings. I got inspired by a greek text/play/literature that described the events of the siege of Messologi during the Rebellion of 1821 against the Turks. It says there that a woman's husband died... and she was so hungry that within her frustration and hunger she attempted to feast upon his corpse. I know... morbid scene but nevertheless it inspired me to write about what would happen if they got so hungry... that they reached the "breaking point".

Some just cannot take the hunger... their primal instincts rise up, as they do to every creature in hunger, and logic is slowly torn from their minds. Inside this... "madness" there is nothing of the former changeling to save, and it is even worse when this occurs near their own. Because the change was not only mental... Their bodies change too, they became unstable, much thinner but with extremely thick muscular structure and scales as hard as iron. In this state all their functions are sped up and the remaining life-span of the changeling is shortened, and while absorbing "love" keeps them alive longer their hunger can never be sated and they always look out for more. "Devourers"... that is what they are called, from the way they eat their victims whole absorbing every bit of their essence.

Sorry if it looks like I'm all over the place right now. I'm typing this down in a bit of a rush!

 

Just a reminder to everyone, Queen Chrysalis is the only one who can send all of the Equestrians back, as she is the caster of the spell. She should also get that chance to go on the internet and post her message to the Mane6 (and possibly Cicada.)

 

Also, I was able to type down two of my "best" ideas for a sequel, and I'll post them when.the RP draws to a close. Both ideas have several variations, and I'll need your opinions to help flesh them out.

 

Is there any way to create a poll in the OOC thread? It'll help determine which idea you like better!

 

I also still think it be best if the Mane6 should spend a bit of time together, and Rarity to teach Colette how to dress and act like an Equestrian noble mare-- provided she can catch her! She may need Rainbow and Applejack's in doing so…

Hmmm i have the idea that we should teach the changelings the magic of friendship. Then perhaps we can create a band of items much like the elements of harmony and call em "Flames of Balance". But thats just a crazy idea... how about... the spell to return them all goes somewhat wrong and everyone ends up in Equestria in different places (use un-official map for this). Hmmm? And we have to sort of do the same thing... gather and stuff and do whatever you want.

If the Changelings learned about friendship, then wouldn't that affect their ability to feed off of emotions??

@@Hypn0ticD, The way i see it the "feeding upon love" thing is more like a curse or something. A curse or a hereditary magical ailement called "Lov-e-lipsis" coming from "Love" and "Elipsis" which means "lack". In other words... "Lack of Love". Also i believe that "love" refers more to the "life-force" drawn by the emotions. 

There is a popular belief that the changelings actually come from the Flutterponies and that Chrysalis was their Princess named Princess Papillon.
 
Then again if this was a forgotten truth how did it get forgotten? Maybe by the Big Freeze? I am talking of course abou the Wedigo attacks... Anyways... what do you think? We could always do what happened with "My Little Dashie" and say that years passed for each day on Earth. Or we could say that the changelings found another monarch when Queen Chrysalis returns and QC is gonna need the ponies, and perhaps the humans to re-organize their nation! Wouldn't that be awesome?
