"Spicy pepper seeds? I might have some in my bag, let me have a look"

 

Wheatley grabbed his bag and looked inside, there was a few seeds in there, he grabbed them and he gave them to Selune.

 

"Here, how does these make you stay awake, its just weird, anyway, just take them"

Kyz raised his head from the boat and looked displeased. The rocking of the boat was keeping him from getting any rest. "Ok i have had enough of this, does anypony have a rope? If so i can tie one end to me and one end to the boat and i could fly us to shore." He said with a touch of anger in his voice.

@, She took them and started nobbing on them. The heat reached her and she started rubbing her eyes as quickly she was revitalized. Thinking about what she could do she remember her expandable staff was inside her backpack. The got it out, pressed a button and it became 3 times its size.

"Excuse me a little..." She says as she starts making her way to the back of the boat. With magic she started spinning the staff making something like a propelling mechanism from the behind of the ship giving them some speed.

Novella kept awkwardly humming and swaying to the melody playing over and over in her mind. It comforted her, as it always did. She could feel the calmness that the melody brought her sweep over her body. Her eyes close and she loses herself in the melody. A vivid hallucination flashes through her mind of a rippling pool of water fed by a bubbling brook.

"Land ho, everyone. We'll be on the island whiten a few minutes." Gearbox smiled, happy he would be on stable land soon, the rickety sway of the sea never failed to upset his stomach. With some alone time, he might be able to see exactly what he scavenged. It was a good thing that pegasus survived as well, now he would have a way to test his wings, hopefully before he actually needed them.

Novella could hear or feel nothing of the outside world. She had fully convinced herself that she was actually by the lake. Suddenly it becomes dark in her fantasy world. A dark figure rises out of the lake and she tries to back away from it but the forest surrounding her closes in. She screams and outside of her head it seems like its for no reason.

"Umm are you sure your feeling ok Novella?" Asked Kyz shaking her slightly to snap her out of her trance like state. "You starting to act VERY strange here, my guess is that you have a weird version of sea sickness. Were almost at land dont worry." He finished

Plague heard the words "land" looking up trying to find the so called land, as his eyes locked onto the piece of land he decided he could swim faster. Jumping off the boat, "Meet you on land!' Yelling at the others as he dived underwater swimming for the land ahead.

"Well, so much for teamwork..." Wheatley said as he saw Plague Doctor dive into the water.

 

"Well, I hope you're not leaving us because i'm going to look for you no matter what, and I hope you can survive alone because that's unknown territory, who knows what dangers there could be" He shouted

"I work best in unknown territory plus look up!" Shouting as he swam. A few ravens and crows flew above the boat following plague as he swam to the island. "You'll know if I'm around if you see a crow or raven!" Shouting before he drove back under the water. "They will need me if they want to stay health and alive..." He thought to himself.

@, He pointed at Plague Doctor the way he dissapeared.

"Did you guys knew he could do that? Tell you what... this was somewhat creepy. Next thing you know one of us will tell me he/she can shapeshift into a werewolf!"

She kept rolling her staff propelling them forward as she kept thinking.

"Then again... i can see through clouds... so you could call that weird magic too."

Compass smirked. "Well, my friends. I have one thing to say to you." She cleared her throat and said :"Doink!"

 

She didn't want to see crazy so she said "Think about doink in the same way as you think about magic. Don`t think about it much.

 

The ship began to touch the sea floor.

@@Kyznetsov, "Fine. I'm fine. The picture of fine." She says while smiling . To tell the truth, she was a little scatterbrained at the moment.

"I finished the rationing...It will probably fluctuate though....On who does the most or least the amount of food you get would change....Or how much activity you do...Or how useful you are that day..." Novella explains. She currently has the smallest food pile.

Compass Rose leaned over the side of the boat. She could see the ocean floor, which meant they were pretty much at shore.

 

She said ``Everypony off the lifeboat. We have reached the shore. If you need any help, Novella, feel free to ask.``

 

Compass jumped out of the lifeboat and swam around the ship before noticing that she could stand in the water without drownding.

Plague saw the ponies reach the shore, "Finally they make it here..." He thought jumping down from the tree he was sitting in. "Welcome back to solid ground." Standing under a tree with two crows above him. "This island or whatever it is has some basic food." He thought as he looked at a coconut.

Wheatley jumped off the lifeboat and walked to the shore.

 

"We finally made it, i'm really exhausted for all that rowing and rowing and oh man."

 

He laid in the sand looking at the sky and he noticed it was getting late.

 

"Guys, i think we might have only a few hours to make a shelter before the night comes."

"Im good with a hammer." Gearbox said, dropping his hooves onto the sand. "If we can get some logs, i have a hammer and nails to keep something together." He reached his head back and opened his pouch, grabbing a hammer in his mouth. "I dont suppose anyone's got an axe?"

Selune started dragging things and upacking. She brought a box that looked like folded  cloth with wooden sticks.

"Can any of you ponies help me set this up? It is a compressed tent, it won't be much counting how many of us are here but i believe we can push ourselves togother for a nap, maybe with shifts on guard."

She looks around thinking. This island sure could have anything. They didn't know where they were so it would be best to keep their guard up.

"We need to be on alert... we never know what might come in the night. Miss Compass if i could speak to you a little."

Compass Rose hopped to shore. `Yes, Selune. What`s the matter? She responeded to Selune's question.

 

There seemes to be enough grass on the island for everyone, was one of the thoughts that wandered through Compass Rose's mind.

 

The other thoughts were: What does Selune Darkeye want?, do us ponies even have a chance on this island? and Zap apples are so yummy. I wonder if they have any on the island?

@@harmonyplus, When they reach a safe distance away from the others Selune aproaches compass.

"I have reasons to believe that there are inhabitants in this island that do not welcome our presence to their land. I believe i may have seen abnormal movement manipulating the weather towards us. Not to mention strong magic attempting to hide this island from us. We should be on alert. I don't think we are welcome here." 

She looks around her and listens for a moment.

"But please... don't tell the rest. It might have been just my imagination and i don't want them panicking over nothing. I don't want to be proven wrong and then everypony think i am paranoid. Lets just be on alert..."

She rubs her head and eyes murmurs tired as she is.

"Sorry... i need to sleep. Perhaps if you want we can scout the island tomorrow. I am so tired right now."

She says yawning a little.

"See you tomorrow!"

Kyz went to take a step off the boat but tripped on the railing and fell on his face. Now utterly embarrassed he decided to just lay their on the beach, after rolling onto his back, and doze off for a little while. He also opened his bag and threw it towards the captain. "There is a map of the world in their and some food, maybe you can find out where we are?" He said

"Where ever we are, its not any island that we would have mapped out." Gearbox walked around, getting a look of the area.

"I've been around, and i've certainly never seen anything like this...place. This is about as wild as it gets. As far as i ca tell, i see no signs of pony life. We might be the first ones."

Compass Rose thought a bit about what Selune had said before she went back to the rest of the group.

 

Maybe Selune is right, she thought. Maybe, we aren't welcome here. Now that I think about it, this place gives me the heebie-jeebies.

 

She walked back to the rest of the group and said, "Hey, guys! How about we divide ourselves into groups, to make this job easier?"

"I have no problem with that, are you going to make the groups?"

 

Wheatley grabbed his knife and tried to chop down a palm tree with it since nobody had an axe to make the job easier

 

"If you don't mind i would like to get some wood for now, its going to take time, and I don't know if we have nails" He said.

 

The tree fell down after he finished and then he went to help Selune with her tent.

"I like the plan so far, but I'm mostly going to be solo since I need to find supplies for my meditation." Walking up to Compass Rose. "Natural shelter is something I like better. Hopefully I can find a cave or something I can work with." Picking up a knife and tucking it in his coat.
