Rainbow Dash: Flash, Iron Man, Storm from X Men

 

AppleJack: Incredible Hulk

 

Pinkie: Dead Pool

 

Fluttershy: The Hulk

 

 

Rarity: Spiderman 

 

Celestia: Thor, Charlse Xavier 

 

Chrysalis: Thanos, Darkseid 

 

Discord: Magneto

I'll try to just choose one for each 

 

Celestia- Dr Fate or more specifically Nabu the helmet of fate. Both wield great magic and have knowledge of the future to some degree.

Not Thor because Thor is just a Viking with lighting powers (And Celestia would be more like Odin)

 

Rainbow Dash- Kid Flash because they were both very cocky and arrogant but lost those treats as time went on.

yeah she does have some similarity to the Barry Allan flash tho so you will have a pass on that same for iron man minus the technical and tactical side while RD is a tackle things head on kind of pony.

 

Discord- The Joker (minus the desire to kill), both have a love for the joke of things and to a huge scale. 

He is nothing like Magneto

 

Fluttershy- none

 

AppleJack- Captain America or any hero that possesses a hard working attitude with great leadership skills, but lacks powers outside of physical ability. I would even go as far as to say the Punisher too under the circumstances of what if EVERYTHING she love was taken from her and she wanted revenge.... and if she was to go as far as the Punisher does she would stay there and not try to go back to a normal life.

Not the Hulk -_- and certainly not the Incredible Hulk....... yes there is a difference

I don't see how Rainbow Dash is like Storm. Sure they both control weather but that's about it. If she's any of the X-Men, my money's on either Gambit or Iceman

 

I'll just use the Avengers and the Justice League:

Twilight - Thor/Superman: Twilight and these two have a lot in common, they all have ridiculous power, both are related to some god-like deity, and(in Thor and Twilight's case) both are very loyal to those gods

Applejack - Captain America/Wonder Woman: Like the Capt., she's very old-fashioned, makes an excellent leader. Like Wonder Woman, their main virtues involve honesty. And they're all physical in their ability

Rainbow Dash - Iron Man/The Flash: Iron Man and Rainbow Dash have egos the size of Equestria but in the end they are always their for their friends and heroes. And like the Flash their abilities involve intense speed on top of being quite the wisecrackers(if I remember the Justice League Cartoon correctly)

Fluttershy - The Hulk/Aquaman: Fluttershy is very calm but can be very scary when angry on top of her communication and gentle with animals.

 

I'll break the mold a bit for the next two

Rarity - Black Widow/Catwoman: The rose with thorns

Pinkie Pie - Deadpool/Martian Manhunter: Due to their reality warping/fourth wall breaking(moreso Deadpool)

I can't believe I actually angered you. This is all based on opinion and nothing more. Chrysalis to me is like Thanos/Darkseid because she is seeking ultimate power and domination of all life. Chrysalis's ability to absorb love is almost like that of the infinity gauntlet since the MLP universe revolves around friendship, love and magic. Twilight is Superman for obvious reasons

Sorry for the anger, I just hate when people don't give any rational explanation..... nothing..... even when they make such an opinion as Fluttershy  is like the hulk seriously if you use when she lost her temper as the soul reason as to why she's the hulk...... OK I need to calm down

 

 

No it isn't obvious considering Superman doesn't like magic since its one of the things he is weak against.

As for Chrysalis......... she has power but takes responsibility for her kind. Thanos conqured and destroyed his own kind because he was pretty much an outcast and is a harsh ruler.... Darkseid is the same.

I don't know. I just think chrysalis has the potential to be the most powerful being in equestrian if she absorbed all its love. She beat celestial with only the love of cadence and shining armor. Just imagine his deadly she can be

I don't really know how to compare the Mane 6 to DC heroes. But I can compare them to Marvel heroes. This picture explains what the Mane 6 would be if they related to the Avengers (Marvel heroes).

 

 

But as for DC superheroes, Applejack would definitely be BATMAN!

Twilight is basically Superman because Twilight never had to work for what she had. Twilight was born with natural magical abilities that are miles above the average unicorn. Celestia only cares about Twilight because of her power and wants Twilight to be her successor. I have a theory that Celestis and Luna are near death. Since I highly doubt they're immortal, they sure as hell aren't omnipotent. I mean it makes sense since her name is Twilight. Twilight at the end of the series will replace the two sisters as they go into the afterlife and Twilight will control the day and night. Superman ascended to god hood and I imagine the same thing happening to Twilight.

 

As for Chrysalis in relationship to Darkseid/Thanos. I know that those two villains are all about themselves. So is Chrysalis. Chrysalis doesn't personally care about her subjects. She cares about the legacy and destiny of her kind. Which is all about her ego. I really want to see Chrysalis be Twilight's nemesis. I want an alicorn Twilight to struggle against a overloaded with love drained Chrysalis. It would be an amazing fight

Applejack = Batman. By day, she's a worthless socialite in Manehatten that was raised by her Aunt and Uncle Orange after her parents died. By night, she's THE BATMARE. Granny Smith features as Alfred and Applebloom is Robin. Applejack would be a great Batmare because she has a strong moral code, doesn't need recognition for her deeds, and is basically the Badass Normal of her friends.
