writing March of questioning

In even the most simple of moments

The impossible shall lay broken

And by the terms yet spoken, shall they do so

For all that is known to be, is the only reason

March to this place

Guide your determined feet

Move to the swift pace of the drums

A beat worth synchronizing all movement to

Gaze upon this place

With your steady eyes, observe

This shall be your prize, should you take it

Something worth fighting for

I was once just like you

Awaiting and marching

Gazing and pondering

Yet by a beat unknown, and  a heart I do not know,

All that I ever wished to know

Was whisked to me by the broken paths

Impossibility which lay shattered

All by time which never stands still

These are the words of eternal unrest

My own, perhaps, and I hold true to them

And for them I march, foot before foot

So that I may gaze upon the claim of my eyes

All into this, which I speak

Rather to be spoken

These words of little sense

Were they not for my eyes alone, perhaps their meaning could shine unto your eyes as well. I do so wish for such a thing, yet as I continue my march of damnation and illusion, I realize all to well that often my words were created solely to be the reminder of faith in a long lost ideal. Of such, my comprehensions desire.

So here, whilst I march and stare

I realize:

In even the most simple of moments

The impossible shall lay broken

And by the terms yet spoken, shall they do so

For all that is known to be, is the only reason
