The skittle coated asteroid was now on a direct collision course with Equestria.

It directly hits Canterlot and makes an explosion of melted Skittles and many rainbows that explode all across Equestria, and everypony dies there.

While running, Twilight Sparkle finds out, while running to Canterlot, that the real Celestia and Luna are dead, along with most of Equestria's government.

 

The people of Equestra that are still alive are all in panic, with lots of chaos everywhere, with as well ninjas competing with Cadence and Shining Armor to take over Equestria for themselves.

Meanwhile, Discord is having fun in the anarchy and doing a bunch of fun stuff, because he lied to Celestia.

Then Fluttershy appears before him, outraged by that fact that he betrayed her trust from back in "Keep Calm and Flutter On."

Discord then sends giant, muscular squirrels to beat her up to death while he drinks glass, watching in delight.

Fluttershy just barely escapes, mortally wounded but still alive enough to meet up with her friends to tell them the news.

She finds out Rarity, Applejack, and Twilight Sparkle are dead and the rest are alive, and in greif.

As Pinkie and Rainbow Dash try to get her to the nearest safe hospital, all the wonderbolt members can be seen in the distance, unusually armed and heading straight for Discord's palace.

Once there, they fight to the death, but half of the Wonderbolts are dead, and the rest of the Wonderbolts, and Discord, are knocked out and exausted.

Discord was getting tired of the relentless fighting, so with a snap of his fingers, the rest of the wonderbolts turned into stone.

More factions start to come in, wanting to reclaim Equestria.

Discord was getting pissed off at this point because no pony wanted to give up just yet; however, fear and worry were the last things on his mind.

One year later, Equestria is damaged and scarred by war, and Trixie's faction had been taken over, while the war kept going.

Meanwhile, the mane 6 and few other ponies are now seeking refuge in the Everfree Forest, since that is one of the only safe havens left.

Years later, Discord wins because he manipulated other ponies to do his bidding, and he takes over Equestria with those corrupted soldiers.
