Ok, I'm very shy, so I have no idea how I'm going to lay this out, sorry if it's messy, or bossy and such,

So I've been wanting some more pictures of my OC lately, and I would love one that I can use for a Profile picture, and well in not the best drawer and well yeah, so in here requesting an OC with all my heart please, could someone make me an OC?
I will love you forever, and be in forever debt to you,
I'm not looking for much, I hope..
So features:
I would love for him to be a Pegasus,
Have a pale Sapphire Blue body colour
A ruby red mane and tail,
And a Quill as a cutie mark,
I hope that wasn't too much
