Tough call. I don't know who that is, what he can do, or what kind of weapons, magic, or whatever he uses. Assuming he's just some guy that happens to look like a badass, assuming we're at least 12 feet apart, and I can draw my pistol faster than he can close the gap (likely), maybe not screwed at all. 

 

Doesn't look like anybody I'd want to take on in fisticuffs though...

Being a powerful necromancer, and made out of pure shadow, guns (at least, non-enchanted guns) can't harm me. I don't think you can defeat me, unless you have some sort of trick up your sleeves.
