That's what makes it even funnier. It's not even a ship story. It's just that somehow, by the magic of the Mane 8, most of the ponies find their true loves, either within the Mane 8 or from a Mane 6 We just felt that shipping just adds to the back stories with a cute twist xD

It certainly does! At the start, I wasn't even sure it was going to kick off! Even now, I'm still surprised that we're on to a SEQUEL, as I've hardly even seen a complete roleplay before!

 

I'm so glad we did though, as it's been one exciting journey for our OC's and us! There's still plenty more to come though!

Just wanted to mention that I will be gone for the weekend in like... Nine or so hours? Then I will return on Sunday...

A few friends of mine is holding a big lan-party - a little tradition they have been having like twice a year, though this time might be the last, seeing as most of us will be heading in different directions this fall... Most of which are going to Trondheim (me too~)

No it's fine, seriously! I just thought it was funny that this could have been called "A Manehatten Wedding" is all.

 

I will say, as a writer, dragging on a romance arc isn't something you want to do. The second Fantastic Four movie comes to mind where Reed and Sue already had their romance in the first movie and the whole "interrupted wedding" thing just dragged on what could have been over and done with so the story could be focused on more pressing arcs.

It gave everyone enough time to create their own backstory so that the rest of the adventure will have a lot of conflicts and themes to work with. After all, we do have 10 characters who have their own backstories to write about correct?

 

EDIT: Now that I think about it, this roleplay really should go on the Advanced Roleplay section. Only problem's that I can't always type 800 characters per post xD

I wouldn't advise the Advanced roleplay section, as the word limit is a nightmare to try and achieve!

Nopedy nope nope. I was just bored and thought the idea was interesting. Now that I re-read what I've wrote, I realize that it is pretty dark and taking the RP in an unexpected direction. I kinda didn't mean to take over the whole RP but now I see that's pretty much what I've done by throwing this extra thing in.

 

So, unless you guys have a really good idea for it, just drop the whole "Pandora's Box" thing and just keep it a normal antique memory box. I really didn't think it would turn out as dark as it did. I apologize, I'm still new to this whole RP thing. I kinda get into the mode when I think my OC is the main character when we are all in this as a team.

Hahahaahaha thank you so much Sterling, but you don't have to worry about it. It's not that big of a deal, it was just an idea that fell flat. I just want to make sure that the RP stays fun for everyone, since the box is Sterling and Evening's gift.

 

If you do have a good plan to work it in, go for it, but I'm just saying you don't need to bend the existing RP to fit in with what I put
