gaming How do YOU place your Wii U sensor bar? (For anybody with a Wii or Wii U)

I was trying to play regular Wii on my Wii U with the sensor bar on top, but it was slightly (SLIGHTLY) jerky.

 

The only thing that made a difference was the placement on the bottom.

 

So tell me, how do YOU place it, and does it work for you?

I have it on top of the TV, pointing slightly upwards with your arm on your lap is the only way to go in my opinion. I guess below would work, but it's kind of weird for me personally lol.

I like to hold mine while i play, so i can just point directly into it. It really helps with the responsiveness. Or alternatively if im a little tired and don't want to hold it in my hand, i get my African slave child to hold it for me. If he holds still enough i give him a cracker.

Our couch is low and our television is high, so my sensor bar is below the TV set. It allows the person holding the Wii-mote from having to lift their arm much at all, opening the way for the epitome of lazy!
