This one's pretty grim.

 

 

Worry.

Swallow it.

Shove it far down.

Let its edges rip you open.

 

Devastate the mind in endless pain.

Slice up the throat as you cringe it down.

Ravage the lungs as you inhale the burning smoke.

 

Pierce the heart, every needle prick ever the more painful.

Consume it and give under, let it take over your very soul.

 

Let the pain be your guideline, avoid it, fear it.

Gag it up, red blood flowing out your mouth.

Kill it. Burn it. Smash it. Destroy.

 

Let go of it, throw it away.

Beg for forgiveness.

Kneel down.

Die.
