This is how Twilight's friends should prove that they are still important

Okay so I hear alot of people complain about The other mane sex not being important anymore to the finales/premieres. So how about We have Twilight gets controlled by Sombras Ghost, He Uses dark magic to take over her body and then he somehow defeats celestia and Luna and He goes off to do something that is going to bring All of equestria down. but the mane five start giving Twilights body speeches about how she is important to them and about thier friendship. and Twilight Gets back to her senses and somehow kicks Sombras ghost out of her body and then they use the elements of harmony to bring down sombras ghost once and for all. what do you think?

Also, this seems kinda cheesy that they beat her with speeches. It might work if done right, but it seems kinda lame.

Sounds good though Sombra is confirmed dead so there's pretty much 0 chance of  him returning. I think it'd be better if Twilight got confident to use dark magic as it seems to be more practical than normal magic. After so many uses she starts to get corrupt and follow the scenario you described.

This is basically my thoughts on it, I don't think Sombra will be coming back very likely, but having Twilight get corrupted by dark magic would work and still fit into the scenario I think.

 

I think its a good idea, even if its a bit cheesy somewhat. I have no idea if such a thing will actually happen in S4, but we can hope .

Well, even at peek condition, Sombra got absolutely curvestomped by the Sisters (without  using the Elements), so I doubt he'd be as much of a thread as you describe.

Mane sex? Count me in on that, jokes about typos aside though I like the idea both of Sombra returning and Twilight being possessed. It brings back a villain with a great deal of potential and shows that Twilight is not invincible and needs the help of her friends.

Going along with the return of villains, I think that the villain most likely to return is not Sombra, but Chrysalis.  She was not killed, she was thrown violently from the castle.  Chances are, she is rebuilding her strength and planning revenge on Twilight, the one who brought back Cadence and saw through her disguise in the first place.

Why would you want to bring back Sombra though? He was a terrible villain. Just full on generic "evil scary guy thats evil and scary because one of his colors is black and hes got horns". If they were to use a plot line like this, it would make more sense for it to be a new villain instead of rehashing an old one, especially one that sucked

Nice. Speeches seems cheesy slightly but it would show that even though Twilight is an Alicorn and princess,she still needs help from her friends.
