The hooded figure looks mad, but reply's. "My name is Arthüs Frülich. I was sent here *Struggles* from the Royal Guard to assist a group of ponies that came into the forest. *Struggles* they didn't tell me what I was looking for. Either then they'd be here...*grunts*...since you have attacked me so much why dont you *Struggles* finish what you started!"

 

"You're from the Royal Guard? Well I'd say you've found who you were looking for...we are the emissaries that Princess Celestia sent to investigate the strange noises here."

 

Silver released him but kept a wary eye on him. He backed up towards Impetus and Redwave, keeping his horn aimed at Arthüs  the whole time.

 

Silver whispered to  Impetus "Is it just me or does he have an unusual accent? Ur... somepony mind filling me in on all of this... ?"

 

((EDIT OOC I think Silver was only able to take him out due to the element of surprise LOL Silver's not really a fighter)

"Filling you in? How's this for an explanation, it sneaks up behind us while we try to save Minty, attack Impetus and then starts shooting at Minty when she tries to get away." Redwave seethed. He retrieved his sword from the clearing and strode back.   "Now she's somewhere in the forest again because of this."

 

"You shot at Minty?" Silver yelled at Arthüs  he turned to Redwave and said "Do your worst buddy... Redwave."

 

Silver didn't realize it but a menacing blue light was forming around his unicorn horn as anger rose with in him. "Don't just stand there Impetus grab his weapons!"

 

((OOC got about ten minutes... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO  it's too exciting I should call in sick LOL )))

Arthüs notices Minty who he had shot 3 arrows at. He walks over to her and says softly..

 

"Ich höre deine Schmerzen, und du wirst nicht leiden. Ich lasse diese Pfeile aus dem Schmerz, dass es Ihnen surves"... And the arrows vanish and her gouges healed.

 

Arthüs turns around and gives Silver a vial. And says

"dies ist ein Segen, biete ich es Ihnen. Diamanten gibt es in verwenden, wenn Sie zu geizig."

(( means - this is a blessing, i offer it to you. there's diamonds inside use them when you mean too.))

 

"I did not mean to retaliate to such things. I only was trying to achieve my goal."

 

"And if its any constellation I was attacked first."

((I'd like to bring up two things. The first is it's highly unlikely for Arthus to be carrying 510 arrows around wherever he goes. The second is that Mike, you're kind of going a bit far disarming and taking him down in one move, especially, because, as you said, Silver's not a fighter.))

Minty trotted around the Forest, not caring if she was lost or not. She was fine with being anywhere.. just not with that chaos of fighting. She kept trotting along until she heard a branch crack from the other direction, and looked around confused. She shrugged and fell into a ditch that somepony obviously set up.

((If you know or not Arthüs is a unicorn, they have magic. If you also in the episode "Magic Duel" Twilight spawned Parasprites. So why couldn't Arthüs carry that much? When I thought of it. It was the same principle. Plus arrows aren't heavy. And Arthüs only wears a cloak.))

"Zecora, I am so, so sorry about them! My name is Cinder. I've seen you around town." Cinders voice apologized as she reached into the smog to find the Zebra. "Maybe we should leave them to finish... whatever's going on out there..."

((Twilight is the element of magic: the strongest spellcaster in history, hence her being able to do things other unicorns cant. It's like saying that Silver or Minty could do a Sonic Rainboom because they are pegasi like Rainbow Dash - they just couldn't.))

Arthüs grabbed his crossbow and jumped into a tree.

 

"I'll stay up here if you don't mind."

And pulled his hood over his head and looked around the forest casually. He took out an arrow, and picked his teeth with it.

 

Soon after he started huming a song to himself.

"I don't trust him," Impetus whispers to Redwave. "He threatens us, shoots at me, Minty, and did you see those explode-y things he was carrying around? I don't like him one bit. Then again, I suppose it was only days ago that I came here, and less since you arrived. Am I right to distrust him?"

 

((Cinder is correct. Unicorns only have small amounts of magic limited to telekinesis, light (maybe the light equivalent of a small candle with no heat whatsoever), and a bit of magic based on their special talent. Twilight can do whatever the hay she wants because her talent is magic itself. However, unless Arthus' special talent is conjuring, he wouldn't be able to summon up arrows. Nevertheless, for the sake of fairness and continuity, having an unlimited amount of arrows is fine. He can always pick arrows up after a fight - if there's time, that is.))

Arthüs breaks a piece of a tree off. And pulls out a small knife carving on its surface.

 

"Since you're looking at me still. I'm just making myself another bow."

 

Arthüs pulls out Red's blade from the tree he threw it in *Sound of the bark wood cracking*

 

"Here, I thought you might want that back."

 

Arthüs now drawls his attention to the wood, and continue's chipping it away.

Arthüs looks at Silver, Gives a faint smirk. And says "er wird es herausfinden." And chuckles a little.

"Use the diamonds when you feel it's most important." Arthüs continues working on his new bow. And it's nearly complete. Could of been better he thinks huh..

 

(( OOC - You'll like your present, FYI the diamonds don't do anything. Unless you want to put them on your cloak? ))

"Silver? Is that you? What's going on?" Cinder poked her head outside the shack trailing a thick cloud if ash. As her eyes set on the not-pegasus, her jaw dropped.

 

".. You have a horn... You have a horn?" She rubbed her goggles, then removed them and rubbed her eyes for good measure. "Where are your wings? What happened to you?"

 

She didn't even notice anything else that was going on around her due to the strange sight - was that even possible?

"CINDER!" Silver exclaimed nervously spinning around... "I um.... kind of .... Well there was this...... I had an injured wing from the Timber wolves and I accidentally brushed by some Poison Joke." He said pointing to the blue spots where his wings use to be.. it was just a teeeny little white lie right?  "However!" he said confidently. "The Joke is on the plant because *I* have mastered the element of magic!" he tossed his mane with  quick flick of his head, causing a blue light and several treble clefs to shoot out of his horn, making a very off key blast of music sound through the area. "Well almost"

 

"I mean to do that!" he said grinning sheepishly . "Artistic licence and all!" Silver gazed at Cinderblock, catching the depth of her eyes... "Ok fine... I can't lie to you Cinder... I just messed up and picked the Poison Joke... I didn't realize what it was and now I'm a unicorn."

 

Silver sat down with a heavy sigh. Blasted element of honesty!

"Gonna take someone's eye out" Arthüs proclaimed. He still sits in a tree finishing up his bow.

Arthüs jumps down. "We'll I'm going to go have a look around." He says gently.

 

Arthüs starts to walk into the foggy forest. The air and the fog is so thick he can hardly see.

 

"*Cough* *Cough*" Arthüs exhales. And Arthüs breathes out. "*Cough*"

She cut herself off as if realising something horrific.

 

"What am I supposed to call you now? You don't have any feathers!"

 

It was quite likely the least suitable place to be having this discussion, but details such as time and place had never really bothered her.

"Well, you can still call me feathers" Silver replied, almost as if that was the most important thing to be talking about right now.... He'd gotten to like the sound of it. Especially coming from Cinder. "It's not like I'm going to be like this forever, Besides, aren't those feathers suppose to be in my brain?" He teased, trying to get her to smile. " I picked them because I.... remembered you wanted some! For your experiments. Unfortunately, I seem to have dropped it. I just need to get back to normal now. Magic really isn't my thing."

" Don't go into the fog. It kills. And next time, I suggest you ask questions first before attacking." She says, eyes sharp. She then flew off without another word.

"Flirt? We're not flirting we are discussing the importance of nic names, It's a highly complicated topic of complete relevance!" Silver frowned. "and yes I agree we have members missing, but, with all due respect Lyona,  there is one other small matter that is being over looked...this pegasus is now a very unfeathered unicorn! and as 'Arthüs Hood' over there has so kindly pointed out.... It's a somewhat volatile situation beings as I am not too savvy with magic. Does your book say how to reverse the effects of Poison Joke? Or is the Joke still on me? If I had my wings I might be able to find our missing members from the air."

 

Silver paused for a breath, Hoping he wasn't being too insubordinate. He was feeling a tad bit flustered and frustrated.

"Minty!" Cinder exclaimed, as if only just realising the situation. "Where did she go? Back into the forest?" She glanced around.

 

Redwave brandished the sword vaguely towards the forest.

 

"I'm going to find her, will you also, or not? Time is not a luxury we have here!"

" Yes. And I'm a waltzing hippo." Lyona rolled her eyes, a small smile on her face. " You'll be fine. My book says that it wears off in time, usually in 72 hours or so."

 

She considered something, looking at her wings, and shrugged. " I'll fly instead." The pegasus shot up into the air, sending some dust flying. Lyona scanned the area, and noticed that Minty was stuck in a ditch. 

 

" She's stuck in a ditch. We're going north."

Silver had been staring dreamily into Cinderblocks eyes.

 

 

 

"Indeed, when the two of you can tear your eyes from each other..." Red muttered, pacing the clearing.

 

"I was NOT making eyes at her!" Silver said as he trotted grumpily over to Redwave. "I'm willing to help look for Minty. I feel very responsible for her injuries."

 

Silver started counting the hours on his hooves, which was a difficult job being's as he only had four of them. "I can't stay a unicorn that long!" he sighed heavily.

She rolled her eyes. -Ponies in love can be a teensy bit annoying.-

 

Lyona trotted northward, keeping an eye on her regular compass. After a little bit of travelling, they finally reached the place where Minty was stuck.

 

" She seems to be pretty deep in, we're going to need a heck lotta force to get her out." Lyona informed the rest of the group.
