I would've suggested Mark Meer or Jennifer Hale to play their respective roles, but damn, I think your two choices are pretty good.

Hmm, a pretty legit cast.

 

But, why a Mass Effect movie? I know it would be a good movie but, I don't know if people will see the movie since there may be a slight possibility of it having a bad ending like Mass Effect 3. But still, a good movie idea.

The only cast I can think of that I would love to see is Emma Stone as Liara. Whenever I played mass effect and saw Liara It always reminded me of Emma Stone. I think Emma could pull off the role too.

Well technically Liara is incredibly young for an asari, just about gaining aduthood, she's probably around 21-26. (Rough estimate, considering Tali is 26.

 

I think that she'd be a good actor to play her myself.
