Jk, I still use GM sometimes. But seriously, get a better archiver, like winRAR. It's free.

For all those hating on Game Maker I would like to see anything they have done, because in the end it is just a means to an end, perfectly viable like anything else. I personally prefer something released in a simple language than something that never gets released in C++.

also yes...i would like to see all of your c++ and xna projects...since obviously those languages are so much better...

 

by the way i was planning on porting this to xna anyway. i used gm to make sure the concept is okay.

honestly, what is wrong with winzip? It is by default used by windows and can be opened with winrar...what is the problem with it?

Perhaps add difficulty levels? Or so you can choose what kind of words?

No I definitely want to team up. I am okay at XNA but you are probably way better. We can split the proceeds 50/50 if that sounds good with you. This game I planned on selling for 80 points but if you want more we can talk about it! pretty much it's a test game just to see that we CAN make a game for xbox!

darn waterfalls. are you running an onboard card? that could be it. or not having the latest directx

winzip can't unpack a ton of commonly used archive file and winRAR can.

 

Anyway, not at a computer right now, but I'll play your game tonight. I have a little bullet hell game I'm making in GM right now, I'll upload what I have so far.

lol i know but you CAN open winzip with winrar...its none of your business which I use (by the way I DO use winrar, I compressed it as winzip because that is the most compatible format and you can open it with winzip OR winrar.)

 

Lol, thats good you use GM but I thought you were trying to prove that C++ was better
