I'm sorry, but it's very obvious that you based this. You could at least include that in your post.

The parts you did yourself are meh... They look okay, but very bland. Easily forgettable. The colors don't look all that great either, it's very hard to make red and green work together well.

Sorry, the picture was a bit old... and it was a base... 

I've gotten better though, now I can draw with the mouse better... that might be why it sucked so bad was because I have to draw with the mouse... I'll make an updated version, Also, those are the colors of my ponysona, I don't wanna change them

Y'know, you can draw something on paper and then trace it on the computer. Works like a charm.

Oh, wait. MS Paint doesn't have layers.

You should really get Inkscape.

Sorry, my I have to either use MSPaint or Photoshop... I think they both suck.

But my mom won't let me download anything to the computer... is there anything that you know of that is online based?

Nope, sorry! Anything good is download only. You should learn Photoshop though, at any rate it's better than MS Paint. (although harder to learn.)

 

I've done a couple of pictures on it... Can you rate them maybe?? 

 

I tried to shade on them, and I'm not sure what other people think about it. so here's one, he's my half blind OC, I got him in a breeding thing on deviant art, my friend filled it out and I created him... do you think this picture is better than the other, I think it is, but, in your opinion, is it good?
