request Seeking Somepony to Help Me Create My Signature

Hello Everypony,

 

    I am lost when it comes to anything creative. Can anypony lend a helping hoof? Be advised, I already have my background that I want, I just don't know how to layer an image or two of my OC.

Hmm. Do you have Gimp or similar? With Gimp, it's as simple as opening your background and your vector in separate windows and then copy/pasting the vector over to your background. In the menu, select "Layer" and then resize your vector until it fits right (you can also drag the new layer across the background however you want).
