equerio 6,153 April 2, 2014 Share April 2, 2014 28867 It's not that hard actually, if you think that in tennis most of the strokes "come" from the shoulder, whereas in table tennis it's from the elbow. Of course, elbow is used a lot in tennis too, but the shoulder shouldn't be used too much in table tennis.
